No communication
I placed an order online a few days ago. Once completed on my order status page it showed that the order amount was approx. double what it stated at checkout. I have e-mailed customer service (several times) both through the website and directly via their e-mail and received no reply. My latest e-mail expressed the desire to cancel the order but today when I checked on the order it said "picking" as the status and the amount at checkout was charged to my credit card. If someone from customer service could please get in contact with me to discuss further I would appreciate it.
I received my package today which was comforting but the lack of communication was a bit disconcerting considering if there was an issue there would be no way to get in touch with the company.
No information about my order at all!
Haven't received any information about my order and even no confirmation emails yet. I have tried to contact the activinstinct three times and none of them get reply except one automatic reply saying that they received my email but nothing else happened. In my order history,the amount shown for my order is wrong and is twice of my actual amount. I cannot click in to see my order details as well. Just don't know what's going on?!

i have contacted the customer service and they told me it would be at most 21 days the service is unacceptable i have lost more than one-hundred dollars in my order since i have no idea where it is.

Have always received excellent service and products from this UK company - you need to fish for a bit for what you want most times but the company is such a boon, when you live in Australia as we do and there are no Australian online companies for cut price, end of season shoes.

I'm extremely pleased with the football boots I ordered for my son. They are exactly what I chose online. They arrived in the timeframe promised
( ordered 3/4/16 received 18/4/16 ). I received a confirmation email for account registration, one for order received on the day I purchased and one for item dispatched two days later. I was really worried about receiving my purchase after buying the boots because I read reviews and expected to have issues. I'm relieved to say I'm pleased and feel confidant enough to purchase though this company again. The only thing that would have brought a more comforting experience for me would have been tracking information from the couriers in the UK and Australia.

See nothing but what I ordered and when... Would be great if they sent us all an email about tracking delivery. Just emailed them few minutes ago, hoping for a reply.

Didn't send free bag until I pressed them
I ordered a Head tennis racquet with a 'free' bag. The racquet was great and arrived very promptly (2-3 days) but the bag didn't. After repeated emails I eventually got the free bag (2-3 wks) even though they had told me it was no longer available, and despite the fact that they were still advertising the same free bag on the website. (Btw it wasn’t worth the trouble or the wait – very cheap). What should have been a positive experience with a great outcome was sadly marred by their poor service and advertising.

Been contacting them twice in 10 days and still no response to my order. Used to have great experience. At least responding to my query as to why the delay in sending order. I ordered since Feb 2 and now it's 18 working days and the status of my purchase is still processing? Need some answers and need it now!

Confirmation email was sent to inform that item had been shipped and a tracking number provided.
Racquet was brand spanking new (wrap-sealed grip etc) and well packaged in a sturdy box.
Zero complaints, job well done.
Fantastic customer service
I purchased a running watch in December, when it arrived and I applied the updates the battery life decreased significantly. The manufacturer sent me back to Millets to resolve the issue. Nicolas, who was the unlucky guy that read my original email, stuck with me throughout. He was extremely quick in responding, offered solutions and efficiently worked out a way for me to get what I needed, once I learnt the replacement was out of stock. I was disgruntled originally but having received such positive customer service I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again and recommend my friends to do the same. Thank you!

Love my boots...
Brought some boots last winter. No problems, saved lots of money. Boots arrived in good time frame, reasonable postage. Only strange thing was I had my invoice plus someone else's ( from Maine!) in the box. Would use this site again with no hesitation.

Difficult communication
After ordering I found a lot of negative response on trust pilot. After some emails for a copy of my billing statement, 2 of the 3 items were not available, I did a request for refund of the money and got it without problems. The other item was send without problems. Some advice. Better answering on the emails (send an email regarding Hoka's [#416766] but didn't receive any answer). send a Track and Trace number of send items...
For me a trusted site but with a mixed feeling. Doubt if I would order again...

Poor Service
Right after my order I was told that there was an issue with the payment method. I replied instantly that I would like to cancel the order and would the money to refunded in my card.
After several attempts ro contact the customer service, nobody replied.
I think a refund and cancellation is not too much effort to put in - but here it is.

Fairly Seamless
After completing an order for a Men's Montane Flux jacket through Amazon, it arrived to my front porch at the ETA provided by the company. I made the mistake of getting a size too large and I am in the process of returning it. Throughout the process, the company has been timely with email responses, but some things are worrisome in the sense that the return address on their website doesn't match of with the return address provided in their return email paperwork. The USPS tracking on my parcel says it has arrived at the latter address and now I am just awaiting a confirmation of the return and my refund. Aside from unclear information and limited options with contact the company as reassured my worries with timely emails and an effectively delivered package. I hope the quality service continues through the rest of my return process.

No Customer care or service
I have been trying to contact company through a series of e-mails with no reply. General enquiries are not attended to through their website or direct e-mail. Unfortunately the only way to get a response is to post a review such as this. Having ordered a specific size shoe when receiving the dispatch notice it shows that a shoe 2 sizes smaller has been dispatched. Now we have already past the so called delivery time I am left to wonder what inconvenience is yet to come in actually getting the size first ordered as no doubt there will be a return process and due to being an international order to Australia by the time the correct order is received they will be no good as my daughter would have grown again. After reading a number of reviews (which I am kicking myself for not doing first) I to am beginning to wonder if I like others have been caught up in some form of online deception.

My package didn't show up
Two months ago, I ordered an Adidas Energy Boost 2 ESM US size 9.5 with Activlnstinct on amazon. Thinking it is amazon, I trusted this UK company in delivering my order over seas. But I just knew something will go wrong when I opened this website and saw these reviews, after the purchase. And what do you know! My package hasn't arrived, after almost 2 months of shipping, and now it is 5 days past the original estimate delivery date on amazon. I tried to track my order number(RE854523957SE) on USPS, but the order number was not found! Almost no way to track my order, I can't even imagine how this company can gain the customer's trust. Now on Amazon the status of the order is in transit, I have contacted the sellers via amazon but received no answer. I really hope that this company can respond and solve the issues costumer face!
