Updating and installation of a new panel
The installation engineer Wayne Dickens, arrived promptly at the stated time . He was thoroughly professional, curteous and polite. He explained how the whole system works and answered all our queries . He also installed the apps on our phones and tested / retested the system. Kindly arrange to convey to Wayne that this was much appreciated .

Seems like a scam
Seems like a scam. I have cancelled
The day after due to changing my mind - 15th July. It’s now 11th August and I still haven’t received my refund. There is no clear email that you can liaise with if you have a problem - so it’s difficult to gain a paper trail. The email on my receipt form when I first booked is actually outdated and unmanned. Very misleading. Stay clear.

ADT provide services to MBR Acres who…
ADT provide services to MBR Acres who breed 2000 beagles puppies each year for the animal testing industry. These puppies are sent to laboratories at 16 weeks old to be tortured. I cannot think why a company would want to do business with MBR Acres unless they have no morals or humanity or conscience. I am horrified that they are making money from animal abuse

The engineer did a good job with the installation and training, no complaint about that it was very good, but he did not tidy up after himself, left some packing behind and the old outdoor box on the drive for me to dispose of.
