Problem with the Module Y Earbuds
Bought the Module Y Earbuds earlier this year. Opened the box and proceeded to charge up battery's. After the charging process I followed the instruction's and tried out the earbuds. Linked to the Bluetooth device on my laptop and proceeded to listen to some music. The pairing of the earbuds was quick except for the following. The Right earbud performed as expected it did Very Well. The Left earbud was non-responsive. No sound other than a couple of tones (beeps). I checked the power connections which appeared okay. Went to the ADV-sound Support page and followed the directions for resetting the earbuds. No difference in the functioning of the Left earbud. My initial analysis is that either the base unit and/or the Left earbud are not receiving any power. The Right earbud is receiving power.
I have contacted the ADV support group and have established an email correspondence.

Ordered Eartune Fidelity U for my IER…
Ordered Eartune Fidelity U for my IER Z1R. Best tips with this IEM after trying lots of eartips. Solved the recessed mids problems with some songs, especially male vocals. Hearing more elusive details too. The only thing making me hesitate to give a 5 stars rating is shipping is so so and expensive.

The Eartune Fidelity UF-A I ordered didn't fit (who knows, could be my ear canals!) But the customer service at ADV was excellent. Very quick and responsive to try anything to make it right. I would order from them again for sure.

Could you help check that all of the original tips from the AirPods Pro are removed? Sometimes the silicone part comes off of the white buckle that is mounted on the AirPods Pro. That part also needs to be removed first before the Eartune foam tips can be installed on. Please get in touch with us at support@adv-sound.com so that we can further assist.
