I ordered a full pack for the birthday of my husband. I choose specially this brand because they says on the website 3/5 working days.
After 3 weeks nothing was shipped and now the tracking says it will take 2 or 3 more weeks.
I asked them a refund for the Big delay and they offer 5 dollars.
A very poor client services...
Try another brand you will save your money

waiting 2 weeks for my order, which was supposed to arrive within 4 or 5 days. Just received email that goods are being shipped from China today . Definitely feel this web site is a scam. Dont lose your money , AVOID

The most worthless crap you can buy regarding to music...the set up is worthless, so is the communication between devices. The sound is even worse!

Bought the pocket drum 2 plus a couple of months ago. Tried the app which is OK but I use them for practice and recording. Perfect as I live in a van. They connect via usb so I can use any vst. I have read all the negative reviews and don't get it mine work really well yiu just have to get used to them. Maybe people are giving up on the 1st try..I dunno...But I love mine a great product that I use everyday.

You cannot get your money back because they say that shipment is destroyed and do not care the rest even though I have returned the product within14 days, the carrier is a fraud company and aeroband is working with them never shop from this site

Don't buy directly; please ensure you get them from a retailer. Aeroband has a poor customer experience, and their shipments do not arrive on time.

It's terrible, as a professional drummer i had high hopes. But the drums (which obviously you can't see) decide to randomly move around as you are playing them. Making it completely impossible to play anything, it's not even possible to play a simple drum beat with these. All the video advertising is all a scam because that's not at all a clear representation of the response and ability of this worthless product. The worst part is the company do not know what good customer service is because if you ask for a refund all they do is give you excuses to why it's not working and suggest you try again. It is completely baffling that the website Amazon let them get anyway with selling this product, as it's a trap for a novice, or a relative of a drummer, as they would think it's a good idea with all the great videos... But then when they get it and try and use it, it's completely rubbish. The worst part is the company has 14 day refund policy, which is a very short time frame and very dodgy.
I would suggest if you are thinking of buying this for anyone who you know who is a drummer, please don't buy it. These people do not deserve your hard earned money.

*Update - they did accept a return but for some reason it I didn't receive the full amount back, it was about $10 short of the original price I paid. They also didn't pay for the return shipping you have to pay for that yourself.
The whole experience was pretty poor.

We have a defective unit and Aeroband will not allow us to return the unit even though it is within the return window. They continue to email us back with “fixes” even though I continue to tell them the unit is defective and they seem to have no intention of allowing me to return the unit. Additionally, there is no option for me to leave a review on the website even though I purchased the item directly through them, very suspicious. Buyer beware!

My 13 year old save up his money for the aeroband drum sticks. We read all the reviews and were convinced they would work... but they fail all the time. Within 15-30 seconds they lose their tracking and you have to reset them... rendering them completely useless. I wrote to customer service and never received a reply. I'll see if a reply to this review gets any attention?! To be fair, they sound good and the concept is nice, but they just don't work very well

A friend of mine was offered to review this guitar but received a very interesting email regarding "rules" for reviewing.

Basically said they have to review it positively or not to review it at all, and that if there was a negative review that they would be liable for any financial damage they may receive.

The guitar is far too expensive for beginners, and lacking far too many features for "pro's"; but worse than that, a company that ONLY values the positive feedback and puts it's fingers in it's ears for the negative is a company that simply doesn't care about it's customers.

I got these pocketdrums 2 plus today and it sucks badly....it is totally fake product. Miss playing all the time. Even a basic drumbeat is impossible. It feels like the drumset is moving and changing the position and all the suddenly you just play some nonsense beats. 👎👎💩

Ordered the drumsticks. I couldn't get them to work properly so I had to return the product. The product had to be returned on my own costst all the way to the USA (from EU) which is quite expensive. I am disappointed that I could not get the product to work the way that I thought it would. The refund process was a bit odd, but eventually via the e-mail it took a few days until the payment was processed.

The product is awesome. Aeroband pocket drums are so much fun! The company seems genuinely interested in the customer experience. I had an issue with one drumstick and they were quick to respond and happy to resend a replacement. Will update this review when it arrives. Very happy. UPDATE: brand new replacement arrived as they said it would. Extremely happy with the service.
I also see a lot of negative reviews about integrating the sticks with the app. Personally I never use the app. That is more like a game. I just play them thru the Bluetooth adapter, hooked up to a speaker or headphones. No need to get your phone involved. It’s lots of fun.

Man I knew this company was a sketch... I ordered these drumsticks from the company Aeroband a few days ago and received a SUNSET LAMP!!!!!
They really are a scam.... pls do not order from this website .... would have given it a 0 star if possible...
On top of that it isn't refundable or exchangeable.

Your product is garbage, it does not work like your videos and your return is insane. If I could give you a zero I would. DONT BUY IT, ITS A WAIST OF MONEY.

This website is a scam, ordered on April 2021, customer service pretends they sent product but based on tracking number it was returned to sender. They cant even process refund nor send the product. It has been two months no product nor refund received. Do not ever transact in aeroband.net

I played for an hour, had to go somewhere, got back on later, and now it's not letting me sign in! It says that the system failed or whatever, and when I press skip, nothing loads. I was really enjoying this app, but now I'm just sad. Thanks a lot

The packaging was really nice. I only got to play with it for an hour. So far liking it. I just wished it didn’t force me to do all the tutorials and just let me free play to begin with.

I’d say this is a quality product. The drumsticks just feel good and so far, I think they’re pretty fun to play with. Of course there a little bit of latency, but I’m sure it will improve over time.
