ordered 2 items for my phone. Package came with only 1 of the items. Tried to contact this seller. 2 days later they responded by saying check your mailbox this was delivered. I tried to tell them the package had only one item and the other was missing. Got nowhere with them. Don't do business here.

Pretty disappointed especially for the price. Initially I was okay with paying a little bit more to have magsafe built into the case for my work phone, a samsung galaxy s24. The case sent by AFcase did not match the description of item ordered. Ultimately initiated a return as the "magsafe" part could not bear the weight of the phone it was specifically designed for. Having an iphone for my personal phone, i have a multiple magsafe chargers/holders and the phone kept sliding off every single one.

Trying to come up with a nice thing to say about the case... it looked okay. After closer inspection; the orange on black sides contrasted very well, but the smoky/clear back showed the poor quality rough cutting of the "magsafe" ring feature.

Other notes:
It also feels very cheap to the touch and fairly thin/flimsy.

Afcase would not pay shipping to return the item. The fact that it was the wrong item to begin with and did not meet the bare minimum "magsafe" requirement merits a full refund. This is very annoying and honestly should have been covered by Afcase.

Over the months shipping, wrong item received and Customer service didn't answer emails. Be away from them.

Case never came. They didn't respond to any correspondence.

I would give a 0 if I could. Scam! Scam! Scam! Be aware of this scammers !

Do not use this company! I tried to purchase two cases for Samsung tablets. My credit union declined the Visa purchase. Afterwards my CU called me and suggested they close my Visa account and issue me a new Visa card as the company works out of Lithuania and they probably would try again to use my Visa information. Very suspicious.

BUYER BEWARE. Never received it. They say I did. No communication past that. No offer for replacement or refund.

I ordered a magsafe case ($39) for my S21 Ultra on September 5th. I received the case on September 20th.

The "magsafe" ring wasn't fully attached to the case.

I contacted the company and they offered a replacement or a 30% refund. 24 hours later...nobody ever responds to the chat.

After that, I discovered that their so called "magsafe" ring is just a piece of metal. Actual magsafe rings are magnetic. Both the case and the magsafe accessories are magnetic, their magsafe ring is not magnetic.

I messaged them and asked for a full refund while I place their $7 piece of garbage in the trash - that they charge almost $40 for and, to their credit they did give me a California address to send it for a refund. I'm not sure it's worth my time to bother.

I just wanted to place this review to warn others not to waste their money on their trash. Buy a $7 case on Amazon instead. At least then you know that you're getting what you expect, rather than paying a premium price for a $7 piece of garbage.

If I could have gave a 0 I would have. It's been 10 days no case or tracking number or nothing. Do not order with these people

BEWARE!!. This company is a fraud. It been a month and I didn't receive a phone case and no one is responding to messages either. They sent out none existing tracking number to deceive me like they sent your package but beware, no package is coming. They are scam and just out there to get your payment and they will be nowhere to be found. BEWARE THEY ARE SCAMMERS

This maybe a scam based on my current experience. Phone # inactive and no email response. Like other reviews no transit updates. Should have read reviews prior to buying. Only $35 but it’s annoying even if it arrives someday. Caveat emptor!

I am still waiting!!! Tracking says in transit since July 5. Today is July 17.

Update: received in about 2 weeks. And the case is not to my liking. I'll give it away. So I'm editing my rating from 3 to 2. Not worth the price and took way too long to get to me from China (through customs and all).
For this type of purchase, AFCase has to compete with fast delivery and in person immediate purchases. I purposely chose not to use Amazon and give a smaller business a chance, willing to pay even a little more. Ended up $46.27 for faux leather wallet case plus screen cover including shipping.
I ordered on a Sunday. The case shipped on Wednesday. It's Saturday today; and I still don't have the case. 484 area code is in Pennsylvania. I'm in northern Florida. So, it is even taking a relatively long time in transit from Wed, Thur, Fri, Sat, (is not out for delivery as write this on Sat 7pm), Sun...
I'm assuming the case will be adequate. If it's better/worse enough to amend the 3 stars, I will do so.

Please stay away from this company they advertise beautiful cases & hard plastic case but their flimsy pieces of plastic & certainly not worth 40.00. I'm still in the process of trying to get a return address to send it back & get my money back. My story is listed on the BBB site. That's the only reason they contacted me back. I'm still waiting for the return address. I waited a month for the case. Contacted them 3 times before I finally received it. Was in shock when I saw it & they told me it would protect my Z fold 4 phone. After waiting 2 weeks I knew I had the wrong casemate. I looked again and found them,had the cas I 6 days & it was the good company I used before. The other one still didn't ship but they wouldn't let me cancel. Please do not trust this company & don't believe those pictures.
