Well, the process was completed quickly. Orderd the phone on Friday and had it by Saturday lunch time. Had to contact customer services for a tracking number but they answered quickly and resolved the issue immediately. I would say I have found my new company for phone contracts and have recommended you to a friend.

I didn't realise that sites like this where out there I came across affordable phones by chance and I'm so glad I did. I spoke to a lovely young man who talked me through everything the monthly contract is fantastic compared to large phone companies I would highly recommend affordable phones to anyone looking to get a new phone.

Nice and straight forward process to renew mobile contract. Second time i have used Affordable Mobiles, and will come back to them when i renew my contract again. Cant say better than that really!

The delivery wasn't the next day
The delivery wasn't the next day. Also I am still waiting for my old number to get ported. It's been 4 days now. Still with a new number. Really disappointing

I apologise that your order was not delivered the next day as expected. Having reviewed your order, I can see there was a brief delay caused by an IT issue. Fortunately, this was resolved quickly, allowing your order to progress, and I'm pleased to see that your handset was delivered the following day.
Regarding your number transfer, I can confirm that the PAC code has been submitted and is active. Number transfers can take up to 48 working hours to complete. If your number has still not transferred after this timeframe, I would recommend contacting your new network provider directly, as they will be best placed to investigate any delays and provide an update on the transfer.

Had a great experience would highly recommend Ordered the phone Sunday was emailed and kept upto date . Phone delivered Monday which was unbelievable.

Shortly after placing my order I received an email that the colour phone id selected was out of stock. I spoke on the phone with Melissa and she solved this for me so efficiently, in the 8 minute we were on the phone a new phone has been assigned to me.
