I received exactly the right part but some of the attachments were broken and now I have no way to and from work

I have been very impressed with this company.Living in Canada I was sceptical of ordering a part but their website is well organized and easy to use.the electronic part came within about 3 weeks and seems to work well and so I would highly recommend this company.

Unbelievable service. I ordered a wiring harness for a used vehicle. The harness arrived promptly but, unfortunately did not have the specific wires I needed. Not only did the sellers accept my return, they paid the freight both ways. I did not expect to get this type of excellent service. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a part.

Excellent experience. The part was as described, the price was very good, and I had it in my hand within 3 days of purchase. I would use this vendor again and would recommend to family and friends. Simply put, this vendor delivers what they promise.

The used part is good condition as the picture shows.

As I'd never had to resort to a 'used parts' marketplace for my car's repair, I had mixed expectations. After quickly receiving the part - ahead of schedule - I was hopeful that my repair could be easily resolved.
However, on inspection of the part, my mechanic informed me it was unusable, a key aspect of the part apparently being 'broken off'.
I'm hopeful the seller didn't knowingly ship me a defective part, but the experience could have been better. For it's part, the seller's acceptance of return/refund process was flawless and prompt.

Part was exaclty what was need and in great condition. Fast delivery and worked perfect. Also, the cost was great. BMW quoted me $1500 for a fix to a side mirror, i was able to do everything under $400 because of low cost.
