Part was in much better shape that what I expected, and delivered earlier than I thought.

Mint condition for a used cowl. I have no complaints.

the part got here on time, it worked for what I needed, but, I had to literally beg them to ship the car part that I paid for because they wouldn't stop harassing me about my car even though it was the exact part I needed

Was then notified the part did not exist and they refunded my payment

I ordered a stereo amplifier for a mid-2000s Prius car stereo, since ours suddenly died and we had no radio or nav system voice. AH Parts Dismantlers had one that seemed to match, out of a crunched up 2009 Prius. I also appreciated that they asked me for my VIN to check that the part would indeed fit my car. Part was sent promptly and arrived in good condition. Price was very affordable and saved me a huge amount of money over the brand new part. I installed it myself today, and it worked fine so far. Happy to have music again and not have to spend $1000 on it (what the Toyota dealer quoted!)

INever Got My part And I sent an Email And I got No Response AND THEY TOOK MY MONEY NO REFUND OF MY MONEY NOTHING ,I SENT AN EMAIL ASKING EBAY TO STEP IN ,I GOT NOTHING.
