Where are my masks?
I have purchased 6 masks via the online pre order some time in April and have not had an update on delivery nor any other info, which the website said it would do at intervals. I have paid a total of $476. Customer service seems non existing, I wrote to them twice and got issued a ticket number in an auto reply with no word of how long it takes to get an actual reply. I am wondering if they are fraudulent?? Anyone else with this experience?

We are sorry you feel this way. The estimated shipping month will be within August 2020. We are unable to guarantee a specific shipping date but we will ship orders the moment they are available. A tracking link will be sent out to you as soon as your parcel has left the warehouse.
