I have both masks, the urban and the lite, I like them both, but they do still fog my glasses. They fit well and are comfortable, but my children still complain that they are difficult to breath through and my husband said the urban made him feel claustrophobic if used for too long. The urban would give quite a bit of condensation and so my face felt wet if worn for any length of time, but having said all that they are still the most comfortable and reassuring masks I have found to date.

Great masks! Apart from the incident on August 2020, who i believe is responsable for all the bad reviews, when the orders arrived later then promised, all other orders came in time and with no problems. The masks are a good quality, good fit, they are a ‘go to’ when i need to feel safer. Recently i bought the valve stoppers at a free shipping promotion and solved the problem with airlines restrictions. Totally recommend them, after trying lots of other masks on the market.

Excellent product!
Expensive but it gives me more comfortability.
I use glasses so the nose cover helps a lot in order to my glasses don't fog up.
From scale 1 to 10 I would like to give 9.
There is not a perfect product, however this one seems to be one of the better ones.

I am very happy with the Airinum Urban Air mask 2.0. It performs just as expected, top notch every day. Everything is easy to adjust in order for a perfect fit. I highly recommend this product.

I took the time to read as many reviews as possible and was totally surprised by the bad ones. My experience has been more than great, in fact, I bought one mask for me and one for my wife and they got home very quickly and after using them for a little while, I decided to buy another one for my little daughter and a second one for me cause I'm the one that has to go out more frequently.

I live in Mexico City and the only thing that has been a little problem is to make people understand that the valves can be completely blocked with the stoppers... that is the only thing, but everything else has been great with these masks.

I discovered Airinum through a couple of Collaborations with companies I admire, Nemen and Human Made.

It’s so nice to finally have a high quality, well made option. I did not hesitate to purchase a pair for my wife and I. We ended up loving these so much, we bought 2 more and recommended them to many friends of ours.

I do not understand the negative reviews left for this product. For me, it hits all the right marks! Fashion forward, fully customizable with how you wear it, and it’s so much safer than the cloth masks people are wearing.

Customer service is also outstanding! They are friendly and respond so quickly. Other companies can learn a thing or 2 from these folks.

Do not hesitate to consider picking up an Airinum mask!

Airinum makes the best masks in the world. Not only are they super comfortable, which is so important, they protect me from the urban pollutants of LA and from pathogens. I’ve been wearing Airinum for 4 years now, and i breathe more easily and feel more energized compared to when I didn’t have the mask. I used the urban air mask 2.0 and I would love to try the new lightweight version. I’d only recommend Airinum to my friends and family. Plus they have great customer service!

We have had our Airinum Masks for approx. 2 years now with absolutely no regrets! I bought these to use during fire season as I suffer with severe allergies and asthma. I usually wear an N95 mask all through out the summer and was very thankful that I had these when the pandemic started and throughout. We have made it through the pandemic with no illness and never leave home without our Airinum masks. The fit can be adjusted to give you a snug fit and I like the fact that the skin of the mask can be washed. Great product.

I ordered the Airinum Air Mask 2.0 in Large, but received the Small version. I contacted them via social media and was told that if I removed the plastic wrap then I could not return the product. If this were a cheap $5 or even $10 mask I'd dismiss that. But this is a $75 mask. Clearly there is significant mark up on the true value of the product. All that being said, once the support team identified that I was sent the wrong size, they sent me a new mask and let me keep the old mask to give to a friend. That's top notch support! I would just suggest that everyone be aware that there are no refunds on their products.

Superb system with very prompt revert in online interaction. Moreover excellent team work with beyond service mind standard. This really make me have more confident in the product quality and design. Well thought in small detail and always open minded in solving the problem and comment.

I ordered 4 masks in May, and because of the pandemic the Airinum company was inundated with orders and were struggling to get all of the orders filled. They kept me informed constantly, then when my order arrived, my other half who said no, no, I don't need one of those masks decided after trying that he loved mine and so I sent an unopened mask back and ordered him a different size. It was just about the Christmas holiday time and even with everything going on, everything went smoothly. I spoke to the customer service team who were great and told me what to do and when I would receive my exchange. The customer service is excellent and personal, so one feels as though they are doing their utmost to help. Brilliant masks and great customer service. The wait for the masks was very much worth it. I have since ordered another and am going to try the lite. Thank you Airinum.

Both Airinum masks, the Urban Air 2.0 and the new Lite are awesome. I like the design and the comfort when wearing one of them. Besides Airinum has an excellent customer support. The team helped me out several times. The response is quick, friendly and very professional. Shirley, Elena and Nathalie were a huge help in resolving the problems I had ( forgot to mention the code by placing my order, return of items that were intended for a friend of mine, etc..).

Fast and responsive customer service, when I had an inquiry. The mask itself is quite comfortable (if you chose the right size). I prefer this mask vs. regular masks, especially if you have to wear them longer. Nice side effect: They simply look cooler! Earloops are adjustable. They are not the cheapest ones out there but I don't regret buying them. Even bought some for my team and they are happy as well.

I bought the new airinum lite mask and had some original issues with sizing. However, the company worked with me and resolved the issue. It is a comfortable mask but the ear loops are very delicate so be careful with them. I am appreciative that the company listened to my concerns was able correct the issues.

Nathalie's customer service is top-notched! Speed and clear communication and expert at solving my issue.

For the price it was 75$ is one of the things i more regret to spend a considerable amount of money for the product value, the fabric material was supposed to be more compact and less transparent that means that you have to be really strict with replacing filter that only last for two weeks, the fabric also is thing and easy to get ripped, scratched, filters it doesn't fit well with mask at the nose are that is something that lets you unprotected and its too annoying since you have to be touching your mask and nose every 5 minutes to be sure that is on its place. This is more marketing than a product, not sure what revenue margin could have this brand but i guess it must be incredible....

i would only recommend this if the value would be more reasonable for the product itself for example 35$ and if the filter on nose are issue could be solved other than that the experience has been like throwing money to the paper bin

I write this review with pleasure. At the end of my checkout, I forgot to add a code that would give me. for free, three additional filters for my masks.
After a few hours past, I remember about the code and immediately I contacted Airinum customer service. I received several nice and attentive e-mails from Airinum Team and specially from Elena who, advised me that my
order had been updated and Airinum granted me the extra filters. Great Products and Great customer service. Thank you.

Shirley was fabulous. She directed me on how to proceed when I had a problem with receiving my mask. She gave me helpful information to let me know what to expect and when I would probably receive my product. She gave me options that were also helpful. I appreciated her attention and her quick replies. It was a nice experience. I love the masks I've bought and intend to buy more.

This company promised they would redesign thier partical vented mask for covid and release them after the 1st of the year. Basically after they sell OUT the vented masks. They say they made caps for the vents but only the wearers know this. People will argue with you about the vents. We know we own them.
And AIRLINES WILL NOT LET YOU ON THE PLANE. VENT CAPS OR NOT.

Please check your filters before you use them. Airinum manufactured a batch of filters with sizeable holes in them that are near the valve area (or in one case was in the middle of the filter). These holes compromise the integrity of the mask. When I contacted Airinum customer service, they confirmed there was a manufacturing defect and then sent me a replacement box. The replacement box was from the same batch and has holes in it also! When I contacted them immediately after opening the replacement filter pack, I got a response from someone who clearly did not read my email and generated a long response explaining that the valves are supposed to be there (ignoring the photos I sent which show holes NEXT to/AROUND the valves and have nothing to do with the valves themselves). Considering that I had to pay a $30 shipping after their website said free shipping and the cost of these masks is steep (along with their lofty claims that these are as good or better than N95 masks), the filters should be perfect. Update: Airinum now states that the holes are "transparent" and normal, completely ignoring the fact that I can literally blow air through them, thus increasing the risk of COVID infection (or air pollution being inhaled). This is shocking considering that they earlier confirmed a manufacturing defect. I have filters from another company that are similarly made that have no holes or integrity issues. I cannot recommend Airinum and feel completely stupid that I purchased masks for my family from here. Edit: Even though the company thinks sending more filters from the defective batch with the exact same defect is "customer satisfaction," it is not. I have just given up and am using my AusAir masks instead for the time being.
