Mask does not fit comfortably, air is coming out of it so it's not even a certified N95 mask .. there's no close seal and its waste of your time and money because you cannot even get a refund

A long term user of Airimum product (previously for PM2.5 use) and still very satisfied with the performance and comfort of the product. The company were very prompt and open to reply to my queries on shipping costs on my order and to rectify an issue I had with my delivery (one time occurrence that I have not previously had in the previous 3 years)

Nice mask except it did not fit. Reasonable thing to return this right? That’s when it all goes south. The customer service agents are all through chat, and you cannot verbally express to anyone your issues, all you’re given are links to FAQs...Now that my mask was sent to them, the rep replied that my mask would go in the garbage and no refund would be given...

i had a very pleasant experience interacting with Shirley Law from Airinum. I’m thankful for her initiative of letting me know about the free filter I’m supposed to get after they receive the returned item in their mail. She was very accommodating to resend the free filter to my new address via a fast international courier. Got my freebie within a few days! I’m glad I made the right choice of purchasing our family’s masks from Airinum. Not only are the masks great and comfortable to wear but they also have a good after sales service which is a rare find these days.All the best to Shirley and the rest of Airinum team!

Do not buy this mask as it’s completely misleading this what it’s advertised.

You can smell everything just like a normal mask for few pence.

This company it’s money printing machine and today I will be reporting them to trading standards.

Mask have been opened and they do not offer any returns, of course I can not tell how bad or good mask is without opening the box.

Now at I will leave it like this..... I have won with Amazon and Argos in the court, this should be too easy.

I like the airinum 2.0's however the new airinum lite is a little flimsy and doesn't feel like it has a tight enough seal around my face, I can sometimes feel the mask lift off the sides of my cheeks.

I’m not satisfied with this mask. To expensive and not really clear if it helps to prevent COVID-19. I tried it also for protection for work and I could smell the solution I used, that means it doesn’t filter enough! And this confusion with different valves doesn’t help to use it in airplane. I think this company can refund everyone who bought this expensive gadget with their new 😷 for free!

Shirley at Airinum stuck with this problem until she got it resolved. I have never had such good customer service! She was always courteous and professional. There is a sense of a personal contact with the customer/consumer; rare today.

Using the masks for 3 months with the entire family. Are very happy with the masks. One of the masks showed some fabric detoriation. After one email, Shirley from the customer support team responded within 24 hours and has sent me a replacement right away. Great customer experience.

No information about sustainability on the website or where the masks are made, probably in China. For this, it is very expensive! Obviously, this company is a money-printing machine and the margin must be huge! Also, the website is very misleading and product standards such as KN95 are very hard to find. I get tons of aggressive marketing mails.

What can I say other than I love your masks! Everything from the product itself, its quality, the website, the customer service, just perfect. Super happy I found you. I could never wear any other mask ever. Congrats on a job well done!

I’m writing this review because of the staff Elena, after I submitted my experience of the Airinum products she get back to me very soon and really showing care to me, at the same time this interaction make me feel Airinum this company is care about the user experience and the quality of their products. There was a small issue with shipping of my mask out of Airinum's control. I contacted customer service about it and they responded super efficiently and went above and beyond in fixing the situation. Definitely the best customer service experience I have dealt with in the past year.

It is such a good mask, specially considering nowadays. The best is the human team working behind. Always helpful when needed.

Purchased 2 Airinum Urban masks and a plethora of filters when this pandemic started in March 20, 1 for my myself and 1 for my daughter who was reluctant for me to spend my money on an "expensive" mask. At the time the waiting list for stock was a few months and they eventually arrived end of July beginning of August.
As my daughter lives in London I was concerned for her safety not so much for myself as I live in a small city in Wales.
Well I was so glad I did make the purchase and so was my daughter as now she feels very confident in wearing the mask so I would say if you are thinking of buying a mask then this is the one.
It's a good fit and very easy to wear and breathing is easy. Ok its not very vibrant in colour but hey as someone very famous once said, 'You can have any colour you like as long as it's black".
We will be wearing masks for a long time to come so it's well worth it for your safety and piece of mind. Stock up on some filters too so you don't run out.
