Avoid at all cost!!!!!
Avoid at all cost!!!!!
Do not use!!! Absolutely disgusting service. My car tracker flagged up that my pride and joy had been ragged for over 30 miles all over Manchester! When I got the car back it was filthy had used over half my fuel and my kids seats at the rear both had been removed which meant somene had been driving my car for the weekend with his mates clearly! I'm appaled this should be raised to police. Will never use again.
They also stole my sunglasses! Avoid!!!!!
AVOID if you value your car
AVOID if you value your car! Excess Mileage on Collection and Stolen Sunglasses
This is a message I have sent following numerous calls, I would add - they had no trace of my booking when I called at 5am, gave me no paperwork and there are £12 of hidden fees you only discover at the point of the reservation being confirmed- pay for you car to exit and then pay again when you land to drive out of the car park. I find this organisation very untrustworthy! I am still to have a response.
Hi I am following up on a complaint after 4 phone calls. Booking reference MGP-39669. My car has excess miles upon receipt collection, the condition of the car inside was dreadful, Rubbish left in passenger footwell and muddy carpets (A picture has been provided already), my biggest issue is my pair of expensive prescription sunglasses have gone missing. Is anyone going to respond or do I take to social media? Let’s be clear I am looking after compensation to cover the loss of said sunglasses as I need them for driving. Regards, Neil

AVOID Manchester Valet parking Ltd
Booked Manchester Valet parking Ltd via EZY parking. Absolute shambles. They weren’t flexible on times, the price doesn’t include £6 in and £6 out of the car park they meet you in. The drop off took 50 minutes from when I landed and to top it all off they hit a barrier on the way in. Do not use, they are awful
Absolute rip-off
Absolute rip-off, they charge more than Heathrow parking tariffs. £12 for 30 mins, £20 for 60 mins, £5 for 300 seconds drop off !!! £1 for trolleys !!! should be embarrassed compared to other int. airports, sick and poor paying these each time visiting the airport, no real alterative available ! MAG are outright money grabbers ! as if airport taxes are not enough !
Walking 50 miles to airport is preferable to using these cowboys!
We booked with Manchester Valet Parking Ltd, via Ezybook, guess they were the brokers.
Noticed previous feedback just before we set off, assumed we'd be Ok- we weren't!. Called them over 200 times-"We are unable to connect to this number, please call again later". We arrived at M/C airport, plane to catch, totally screwed. Entered car park West, as directed, no-one there, we were just about to commit to paying c. £1,000 to park there for 3 weeks, when thankfully we saw another company collecting a car- EAP Manchester, asked them if they could park our car for 3 weeks, they said they would, plus also matched the price, £75.00- almost £1,000 saved, could have kissed them!
Don't touch Manchester Valet parking Ltd with a barge pole, nor Ezybook, all a shower of cowboys! We did get our refund, no apology or explanation.
They went insolvent in 2016, started up again in 2018. Sole director is: MAHMOOD, Assad

You have been warned!
DO NOT USE!!!!!
DO NOT USE!!!!!
Would select 0 stars if I could. late collecting my car despite ringing in advanced as told, nearly missed our flight. On return it took them 2 hours to return my car back to me after originally bringing the wrong car. My car had also done 44 miles whilst I had been on holiday.
The driver who dropped my car off said that they would give me a refund however, trying to get back in contact with them they are ignoring all forms of communication.
Fee replayed quickly
I booked a weeks parking (22/12/2021) and had to canceled due to covid on 19/12/2021 . I received the money back in the account 21/12/2021.
I wish I had read over reviews before…
I wish I had read other reviews before booking my stay at Multi storage car park.
We was delayed coming back due to weather I emailed them stating this because office was closed but got no reply .
On return to the car park I was charged a extra 25.00 .
I then emailed them about the cost .It took 2 months for them to get back to me and they wasn't interested in the slightest. It's the first and last time I would use this car park.
THIS IS NOT A SECURE CAR PARK
THIS IS NOT A SECURE CAR PARK
I left my car in Terminal 1 multistory car park as it stated it was safe and secure. On my return from holiday I found out that my car had been broken into and several items had been taken. These items were not on view, some were in the glove box, rest in the boot. I tried several times to speak with someone there, it is impossible, I finally got a very patronising email back from Kate in their customer service basically saying several times they were " sorry you believe you are a victim of theft whilst you car was in our care" There is no believe about it - it is a fact, I was a victim. No interest in helping whatsoever or offering their supposed extensive CCTV etc. Their lack of interest was very disappointing, will never use them for parking again.
Manchester Valet Parking
Hi,
We recently used Manchester valet parking,
The service we received from them was the worst we have ever encountered.
Originally when we dropped the car at the airport and met the driver he was polite, friendly and explained that he was taking pictures of the car where he could see any damage or where he thought there may be scratches. He confirmed the return flight number and then stated a return time of 1:30 am. We explained that this was wrong and that it should be 13:30. He said that this must have been some sort of error but would sort that out and for us not to worry about it.
We left for our holiday, and on return called the number we where given and advised we where back. The person on the phone advised that we would owe them another £10 to get the car back as we had arrived back late. I advised of the previous conversation with the driver that picked up our vehicle, and he said that didn’t matter we needed to pay the £10. I told him that this was not what was agreed with the original driver, he then stated that he would then keep the car for a further hour and make us wait. I told him if the car was not promptly returned that I would report it stolen to the police. He advised that he would deliver the car to us but wanted the £10. I told him that this would not happen, and that I wanted the car delivering.
He advised he would be with us in 15 minutes, but eventually arrived 22 minutes later. I asked for the car key which he was holding, and he said he didn’t want an argument and gave me the key. I told him he was not getting the £10, at which point he said that was fine and that we would have to pay to get off the carpark. I told him that this was fine as we where expecting to pay the £6 to get off the carpark. To which he replied no it will cost a lot more as he was not going to give us the exit token and so would have to pay the additional charge for a lost token. I insisted he give us the token and he walked away. I followed as he left the carpark and crossed the road, turned and asked if I wanted the token. I said yes, he then bent down and threw it into one of the road drainage holes.
In anger I got into my car and we left the airport. The next day I was cleaning my car only to discover some damage to the drivers door edge. This was definitely not there when we dropped the car off, and as I am the only driver of the car am sure I have not caused this damage. So I thought I would look at the dashcam to see if there was anything on there, only to find that all the files from the 30th October up to the 13th of November.
This is not the type of service that I believe you would be wanting to use
Disgusting excess airport parking charges…
Booked parking but arrived back 9 days late due to positive Covid test. Expected to pay for extra days at same rate as I had booked. ie ca £70 for 11 nights.
Charged £225 for extra 9 nights. With the current travel issues due to Covid this is disgusting behaviour.
PLEASE AVOID MANCHESTER AIRPORT PARKING…
PLEASE AVOID MANCHESTER AIRPORT PARKING LTD!!!!
Everything felt normal until we arrived back at Manchester and tried to leave the short stay car park (£6 to leave which was advised on their website). We were faced with a £440 bill to leave the airport as my car had “never left the car park”. After spending 60 mins on the call to the official airport car park staff, we were advised that the man running this third party parking had already been jailed twice for running a scam business and no he’s doing it again! He will take your £6 to leave the car park and tailgate another car, meaning your car is never registered as leaving the car park!! He will then plead innocent that “you saw the car come back in, this has never happened before, no I don’t have any receipt for leaving, I don’t know what to suggest”
Lying scum, avoid!!!!!
previous comments already said it all
As per the numerous comments already…
As per the numerous comments already left, mine will just confirm the unprofessional services provided by this company.
The DROP OFF was ok but I requested a checklist document to be signed by both parties before handing my car over to them but the agent was unable to provide the requested document. (not really professional).
The PICK UP was really really bad ......
As per their advice and after landing, I made a call to let them know we were arriving. They told me to call back after going through the security gate and collect our luggage (exactly what I did. "15min after my first call").
Probably the manager ... told me my car would be there soon in 10 min or 15 min at the latest.
After 30min still no one ... so I tried to call again and the manager told me they had to remove the ice on my car ... and this one has already left.
After 45min still nothing ..... so I called back and they told me that they are on their way and that they will contact the driver and let me know where he is .....
After 60min no reminder and still NO ONE and NO CAR! I tried another call to express my dissatisfaction and the manager just gave me a little apology and turned the phone off directly ......
Finally after 1h and 10min, my car is there and ....... totally dirty and muddy, impossible to check for damage or scratches could be caused on my car.
My dashcam disconnected for some reason? .....
Left my cable hanging over the windshield .......
Asking £ 4 for parking so I left £ 10 but no change left in my car.
Company not professional and have to improve their services.
rip off merchants
This is my opinion about Manchester airport parking and you should avoid using them they can change your booking to a service you never wanted and would never use.
According to their terms it’s ok to do so and if you don’t like it tough luck they will keep your money
We got ripped off by them and was basically got told hard luck we had booked jet parks 3 they decided to close jet parks 3 and change our booking to drop and go or some such that would mean you are supposed to hand your keys over to a stranger who will take your car away to god knows where.
In our case we never allow anyone else to drive our car yet this was ignored we also made the point that at the moment we like most right thinking people would not allow a stranger into our car because of the virus you wouldn’t know if the driver had the virus or had driven someone else’s car previously that had the virus and that the only safe thing was to totally sanitise the car before getting in but obviously you don’t have any facilities to do this.
So you could be getting into a car that has the virus on the steering wheel, gear stick, door handle etc.. this point was made to the person we complained to who just ignored our concerns so we ended up having to give up and write off £50 we hope he chokes on it my strongest advice is to use any other method to get to the airport or you could be in the same predicament as us .
Our personal opinion is they are dishonest rip off merchants avoid them
Dave and Mandy
Never again
The website i used meetandgreetmanchesterairportparking.co.uk
yesterday. Overall poor service. Booked on the day. Advises on email to call them when en route. Rang and person could not find my booking first. Parked in short stay car park. Driver arrived 10 mins later (pleasant chap) took my car and £4.50 off me for parking fee. On return journey rang them to advise i have arrived. After waiting a while driver eventually came and said your car parked over there. Went and as i was taking my car had to pay another £7.00 parking fee. That's £11.50 just in parking fees. Add onto that the £50+ for booking for 3 days i think its a rip off. Will not be using again.
no stars would be better
Well what can I say what a complete rip off, had to fly from here because we wanted to go to New York believe me never again will I book to fly and park here. We had our holiday cancelled because of the coronavirus and had a full refund on everything except Manchester airport car parking under no circumstances will they give you a refund. They just bang on about t&cs. What a disgrace hold your head in shame when most of all good companys in this country because of the coronavirus have refunded monies back, so fly from a airport who looks after its customers. It's people like me and you that keeps this airport in business.BE WARNED. But may I say a big thank you to my bank even though it was over the 120 days gave me a charge back.
