Multistorey car park Terminal 3 in…
Multistorey car park Terminal 3 in Manchester. Unpossible to find a space to park in . There was nothing to indicate there are or are not spaces available and where although in time of booking we've had 92 spaces left. Hence we chosen this parking while going away for holidays. I'd rather park further away from Airport next time knowing the stress of parking will fall of me in more organised place. Noone to reach anywhere and phone lines booming with I assume customer complaints. Would not recommend. FYI we weren't only ones trying to find the space. 5 cars was rolling up and down try to fit somewhere.
New car paint totally destroyed
My car has been badly damaged on both sides. Every layer of paint has been taken off on part of the driver door, presumably by opening with huge force against and over a kerb. Part of the rear passenger door paint has been taken off completely with what was presumably a key. I have full video evidence upon arriving back at my car. The staff ran away when I shouted for assistance. I have attempted to communicate with them numerous times with no reply.
Mlk meet and greet scam parking
We booked mlk meet and greet parking the guy was there to meet me in short stay car park as agreed on 24 august on our return we landed at 3.15pm rang them no one answered the phone eventually at 4.15 phone was answered said he would 40 mins at 5pm he arrived but we had to wait while he waited for more passengers my husband is disabled and uses a mobility scooter so I had to leave him alone in the short stay car park whilst I was driven along with six others to collect our cars from a dirty field it’s a scam company don’t use I might as well have used park and ride I then had to go back to the airport to collect husband and luggage disgusted would never use again
Atrocious Service
I recently used M&G Manchester Airport Parking LTD, the service was atrocious. When we were 25 minutes away the airport we called them (as instructed) and they then changed the drop off location to T1 instead of T3 and said they would be there at the allotted time. When we arrived they weren't there so I called them again and was told they were there and were looking for me, even though I was exactly where they told me to be. 55 minutes later after several calls they arrived and as we were now over the 20 allowed for the charge of £6 we now had to pay an extra £25. On our return I rang after picking up our luggage and arranged the meeting point and was told it could take up to 20 minutes to get there. Again we were at the pre-defined meeting point on time and had to wait about an hour before they arrived again with several phone calls and being told they were there looking for me, at this stage the car park was quiet as our flight was delayed (2:00am). Eventually I saw my car coming into the car park so clearly had been lied to about the location of my car. I got into the car and left. In the morning I went out to the car to get our cases and noticed my front passenger door was badly damaged. When I contacted the company I was told no claims can be made after leaving the airport even though the car was never "handed over" the driver just got out of the car and left.
I WOULD NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN AND RECOMMEND THAT NO ONE ELSE DOES EITHER.
The most expensive car parking I have ever used!!
My Family and I booked what we thought…
My Family and I booked what we thought was a safe parking company we paid our full price for airport parking short stay T1 2 weeks Manchester with MLK and we are disgusted with our service not only are they NOT meet and greet service but also they damaged our car drove like maniacs and charged Extra but they are cowboys pretending to be Manchester Airport MEET AND GREET. There was no damage to our car prior to dropping the car off when we came back There was no petrol in the car had done 70 miles in it when it was supposed to be parked up for 2 weeks and damage to drivers side which we took pictures of and when they were taking our car through the barrier s reversed back and waited for 2 cars to go through at the same time CON ARTISTS we have a camera in our car and played back the footage couldn't believe what we SAW we are totally disgusted with this service never use them
Dick Turpin Wore a Mask…
Wouldn't have given them one star if there was an option for less. This is most certainly NOT meet and greet. Rude staff. Travelling from T3 and told (against emailed instructions) to make our way to T1 short stay where we had to hand over another £6. On return we again had to make our way from T3 to T1 short stay and we have been waiting now for 30 minutes for our vehicle. The excuse being they have a lot of cars to drop off. We've got a tracker on our vehicle and it hasn't even moved! Do not waste your hard earned money with this waste of space cowboy company! Oh and we will have to spend another £6 to get the car out of short stay!
When we eventually got our vehicle it was full of an unknown white residue all over the centre of the car!
Pay the extra £20-£30, disgusting service
Do not use this company. The car park they use is 3 miles away from the airport, expected 6 extra miles on my mileage, when I got back there was an extra 60 as they had been driving it about doing god knows what which meant I had the fuel light on at 1am half way home. I have an app on my phone which tells me the status of the car and they had left it unlocked with windows open overnight. There was also cigarette wrappers, bottles of coke and crisp packets in the car. Sent an email asking for an explanation and money back and received nothing. Honestly, pay the extra 20-30 for the sky parking or multi storey directly at the airport as it is just not worth it
MLK PARKING ARE THE BIGGEST SCAMMERS…
MLK PARKING ARE THE BIGGEST SCAMMERS from a small house no numbers Wreck a very expensive car They do not want to know . Police are monitoring this company one small guy social paid house
I am absolutely disgusted in this…
I am absolutely disgusted in this service. Absolutely appalling from start to finish.
Waited around for the guy to collect my car, he was rude and unhelpful.
When I picked my car up had to wait around AGAIN. My car turned up the driver didn’t even speak to me he just opened the door and walked off. Once in to my car I realised that they had taken all my pound coins out of my middle compartment in my car at least £30-40 worth. I then started to panic, I had £50 in my glove box this had also gone missing. They took my Gucci prescription sunglasses. I chased after the guy and asked him to explain he couldn’t he was just saying ring my manager ring my manager. Called the manger who called me a liar, I said I was getting the police and he was laughing down the phone at me because I couldn’t prove it.
Anyhow I got back in my car to drive home, to notice that there was a white residue all over my steering wheel and the steering was completely off. I rang the “manager” once again to ask for the address where my car had been for the week. To be told unable to provide that information.
This has ruined my holiday.
Used drop and go car park at Manchester…
Used drop and go car park at Manchester airport as thought it would the safe option as compared with compound parking. This turned out not to be the case.
On return from holiday discovered the car had damage to passenger door, reported immediately a supervisor/ manager came to view the damage filled in a form and said they would be in touch within ten days. After about three weeks I emailed as we hadn't had a response, got automatic message saying again they would be in touch within ten days.
Eventually we got a reply saying they had investigated our complaint but concluded their driver was not responsible and accused us of rubbing the area with a tissue and gave the excuse the car was 12 years old and the paint was cracked! Totally denied responsibility.
I would suggest strongly to avoid using this company totally unreliable and a nightmare to deal with. Would have given no stars if it had been possible.
Bad description not ‘meet and greet’
Fraudulent description imo. Used ‘meet and greet’, very expensive (as normal for meet and greet). But this service is NOT meet and greet. On departure park you car nearby and walk to terminal. On arrival you then walk about 10 mins with all you luggage to your car which is parked nearby. At no time were we ever ‘met’ or ‘greeted’ by anyone. No different from using the multi storey car park. Typical Manchester airport con job.
Manchester airport Drop and Go parking a disgrace.
Manchester airport Drop and Go parking - DO NOT USE.
They broke the spring on my car - It had been serviced only a week earlier (3 year old BMW) and driven 50 miles to there with no issues at all. I collected on return and immediately could feel something wrong, but on quick inspection could see nothing. Checked again after 100 mtrs - all doors and to see if anything caught underneath. Got a mile up the road with smoke pouring from the front. Had to be recovered 50 miles and told the front spring broken. I raised a complaint within two hours of collecting the car. It happened in the car park (between drop off and collection) but Manchester Airport flatly denied all responsibility WITHOUT ANY SORT OF INTERNAL INVESTIGATION - Total indifference to their customers. I asked for the CCTV footage which wasn't supplied. I asked for address of their Legal department - not supplied.
Their response was if you leave the car park before reporting damage, they are no longer responsible - absolute rubbish and legally unenforceable where the damage cannot REASONABLY be identified immediately.
Their 'Customer Service department' is a disgrace and nothing more than a front wall to the organisation.
I will never use them again and recommend keep well clear.
If I could I would give NO stars!!
Please 🙏 don't use!!!
Please 🙏 don't use!!!! Taken my money I cancelled in April 2022 still no refund con artist
Car interior filthy
Told we were booked with drop and go not meet and greet when we were. When car was collected footwear full of cement dust. Car had flat battery. Radio changed to different station. Car obviously hadn't been sitting in a car park for 2 weeks
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. They are rip off merchants, car was returned filthy and was left for over two hours in the car park. My exit fee was £30 despite being told it would be £6.
Do not answer phone or e mails. Booked through EZY parking who are also useless with complaints
It may seem cheap but it works out expensive
DO NOT USE
DO NOT USE. They are scammers. Took 126 quid off an elderly man and made out they have lost his car key. The police are now involved.
Manchester Valet Parking and Ezybook: avoid!
Manchester Valet Parking Ltd booked via Ezybook. Appalling service and do not respond to emails. I am progressing to the small claims court. What seems like a cheap price will end up costing you: be warned!
See copy of my complaint below.
We followed the instructions below and your pick up service on 7th March was efficient and the driver was friendly.
However, on returning to Manchester last night your drop off service (or lack of) was disgraceful.
Our flight landed on time and as per instructions, I called the number below as we were waiting at passport control. I was told by your operator to call again when we had our baggage at which point pick up instructions would be given. I tried to call back at approx 10.45pm but your telephone was unobtainable. We tried calling the number and texting many times but your phone was obviously turned off. We were therefore stranded at Manchester Airport with no car and no means of getting home.
After trying but failing to find available hotel rooms for the four of us, we had no other option but to find somewhere to sit at the airport and wait for your phone line to open up in the morning which it did at about 4am. Nobody answered the phone when I called, but at 04.09 I received a text saying “wait on the phone or text please”.
At the same time.my friend got a text saying “your car is in the west car zone C as I told you and key is on the driver side front tyre” We went straight to zone C and the car wasn’t in this area (the car was actually in Zone D) and it was clear that it had been there for some time. We went to pay for the parking and were then charged £58 to leave the car park. The receipt (attached) showed that the car was left in the West Car park at 21.17 the previous evening i.e. well before our flight had landed.
I am sure that you agree that our treatment by your company’ has been totally unacceptable:
Your driver was not prepared to follow the instructions and dropped off the car early (this would have incurred us with extra parking costs even if you had told us what you had done)
The key was left on the car tyre putting it at risk of theft
you didn’t give any information about the car's location until 04.09 the following morning. Why wasn’t I told when I called you at about 10.20pm where the car was?
Why did nobody try to tell us where the car had been left until 04.09?
Why was your telephone turned off from 10.20pm?
Awful Experience - not dissimilar to numerous others
Booked via EZY. Our experience was pretty bad to pretty awful. Firstly we had to wait quite a while for the driver to pick up the car at the drop off. On our return, we gave notice of our arrival in to Manchester Airport and had to wait about 20 minutes plus, "You're not the only customer"!! The car was returned absolutely filthy on the outside, as if it had been driven around a muddy field (which I guess it probably had).
I wrote to complain, the company said I was given the opportunity to check the vehicle on its return (I was NOT) as the driver more or less ran off to the car waiting for him on a "no stopping" area. I was also asked to send photos, which I did. I have not heard from this company despite numerous reminders.
Steer (if you pardon the pun) clear!
What an absolute abortion of a company…
What an absolute abortion of a company this is. Booked up ad was happy with the service that was being offered. Phoned them at 02:40 on the morning of the flight, no response then made a further 17 calls again with no response. Hoping that the driver mght have had his phone on mute we proceeded to the meet and greet area at T1 and surprise surprise no driver.
We then had to hastily find another car park and pay over the odds at £125 due to flying within 3 hours of parking.
Phoned them yesterday when we returned to Manchester, the bloke answering was happy at 1st and then decided that the contact number on all websites for them suddenly isn't anything to do with the company.
To top it off the company appears to have been dissolved at companies house in 2016, 1 big rip off avoid at all costs.
Do not use this firm.
Do not use this firm.
They refused to meet my elderly parents saying they were too early and to call back later!! When my mum rang later, the man shouted at her on the phone and then hung up on her. They ended up having to find alternative parking at additional cost and stress.
I am going to report them to the Ombudsman.
