The people who work at Park N Go are fantastic. I've never had a bad experience with them every time I parked with them. The drivers are friendly and helpful to and from the airport.

The driver of the shuttle from the parking garage to the airport was SUPERB! He had me take a photo of the 3 different logos that would be on the return shuttle back to the garage, so I was able to quickly find a shuttle within 90 seconds of walking outside on the departure level.

He also explained that the gate not issuing me a receipt when I entered the structure is completely normal and that I could have parked in the spaces on level 4 and above that looked to be reserved for something else. All of that should have been in the reservation email, but wasn't.

Book directly through the parking locations, if you cancel you don’t get your money back or a credit for future parking. What a rip off. They keep your money for doing absolutely nothing. I’ll never use this service again.

Flawless process, start to finish and very professional persons we dealt with. They were very polite and treated us nicely. I will be using them again without hesitation.

AirportParkingReservations.com quoted me a prepaid rate for Apex JFK Parking with $0 due at the lot. When I arrived, Apex demanded another $193.59 before accepting my vehicle.

That completely wiped out the savings that made me choose the booking in the first place.

If AirportParkingReservations.com is going to sell reservations for Apex, it needs to ensure the pricing, vehicle surcharges, and checkout messaging are accurate and transparent. Right now, the customer gets one price online and a very different price when they are standing at the lot with luggage, family, and a flight to catch.

Unclear guidance, misleading total pricing, and a partner facility that does not appear to follow the booking message customers are given. Very poor experience.

I don't see any reason I should book the parking ahead of time. It is a nuissance and most probably customer manipulation (otherwise SCAM!!!)

I booked this online, the booking policy noted that I could receive a refund within 24 hours. Immediately After I booked, which was within the cancellation period, I went online and saw HORRIBLE reviews on Google with most cars being taken out on joy rides and being totaled as a result and items missing from cars. When customers are showing up to retrieve their vehicles, the staff, they have no explanation for the severe damage done to vehicles and missing or tampered with items within the car. I attempted to cancel and received the run around and have yet to receive a refund. I would never do business with this company and you shouldn’t either

Well on my way out of the twin cities, I had to wait for a period of time to be picked up in the rain. The return trip home was great no excessive waiting. I still rated the experience a excellent with issues and I tipped.

Site was very easy to follow!

A lot more of information and directions once arrived to park. (Name of the place or location , not just the address.

They were short staffed but they managed to keep up with pickup and delivery. It was a very crazy night and they worked hard to make sure that we were taken care of as soon as possible.

Easy to use and compare prices. Love the reviews are so easy to read. Returning customer, highly recommend.
