If you used Credit for some or all of your payment, that portion will be refunded in the form of Credit to your account. If you made a reservation for a lot that requires a Deposit, and need to cancel after your scheduled arrival date, your Deposit will be refunded in the form of a Credit to your account, but the Service Fee will not be refunded. If you made a reservation for a lot that requires full payment at checkout, we are unable to accept cancellations after the scheduled arrival date. For full payment lots, please be sure to cancel before your scheduled arrival date in order to receive a refund.

I had arrived and asked the front desk to see if the driver could wait for me about 2-5 min as I was the only one needing the ride and he left as I can around the corner. I would have been 30-40 min and I would have missed my flight. Plus, no public bathroom and that created another problem. I will NEVER use this place again.

I was charged four times but only received one receipt. I’ve tried to contact the company the number online doesn’t work and also have not heard back from anyone after completing the help form that’s on the website I’m truly upset. It caused a delay in my travel it cause me to miss my 7 am flight and everything. The company needs 24/7 customer service or something

I had trouble completing my reservation…
I had trouble completing my reservation on my phone. It was a problem with my phone and I was able to complete it using my husband's phone. I took off 2 stars because there was no customer support. I requested to speak to someone who could help me over the phone, but no one called me back. I waited probably a week or so because I got a text saying someone would call, but no one ever did. Ultimately, I completed my reservation with my husband's phone.

What a fantastic (not to mention…
What a fantastic (not to mention premium) and convenient place to park your car when headed out from DTW! Since we found them and switch over years ago, we've sworn to never use anyone else! The staff is FANTASTIC - No matter what time of day or night you get there, they always super kind and have a smile or even a joke to banter back and forth with you about! They're just great!
