The service was good, but use of pre-booking was confusing and did’t work to register all my information. Instructions at pick up were also confusing and a little contradictory.

When I called to confirm my parking 24 hours as stated I reached a person named Bernie, who was very rude misinformed and had a chip on her shoulder that was at the front desk at the lot at the Radisson at the Portland airport. I have sent their customer service a email stateing that I will never again stay at any of their hotels due to the rudness of Bernie

There were quite a few choices for lots to leave our car in and we went with a new and different one. The price is very reasonable and the clerk was efficient and helpful. Skyway Inn Parking was a good choice, even though I thought we waited longer than necessary for all the travelers to board the van.

I liked the location to the airport. I liked thr shuttle service. I gave my return flight information however when I showed up to the parking lot I waited 20 minutes because I was told my car was blocked in. I felt that could have been avoided if my reservation was reviewed.

The drivers are always helpful and friendly. The van usually leaves the parking lot in 8 minutes or less. It also picks you iup within 10 minutes of your call.

The company I reserved parking through turned out not to be an actual parking lot. There was no one there. The time added in trying to find the actual JFK lot and get to the airport caused the airline to bump me from my flight. The whole thing was a scam.

Was easy to check in. Receptionist and Shuttle drivers were polite. Pickup at airport was good. Highly recommend. Could use some lighting to make entrance more visible.

Great experience as always. Website is easy to navigate and reserve a parking spot. Discount codes are easy to use. Lot attendants and drivers were wonderful. Easy to set up return trip from airport to parking lot.

It was easy and convenient to park with free shuttle service directly to my terminal. The only reason they get 3 stars instead of 5 is because they increased my parking rate for an oversized vehicle. Seriously, it was a Jeep Wrangler. How in the world would that be considered “oversized”?

So much for total fees. Added another fee after
said include fees. What a joke.

The shuttle was easy to find and on time both ways. The front desk agent was extremely helpful and friendly. However, both drivers we had were not cordial or helpful and the drive to the airport was erratic. From someone who works in the hospitality industry, exceptional guest service is what keeps people coming back.
