Total scam, rubbish quality and unable to return or get a refund

I have been trying to return my items for over a week due to poor quality - definitely not worth the money.
I have been bombarded with emails with excuse after excuse trying to put me off returning the items and settle for partial refund.
They are now no longer responding to my emails.
Avoid - the products are cheap and nasty and the service is sub sub standard.
1 star is too good for this company.

Very poor - you cannot return unless willing to pay shipping to China!! It’s a scam company

Awful return policy ie more expensive to return than the product cost. Strangely, it costs £9 to exchange the product and £30 to return it. The quality is dire. Please do not use this company.

It took over 2 weeks to arrive.
The dress was poor quality material & when I looked at returning it it would cost at least £25 in shipping fees.
Avoid this site at all costs.

There is no real Company, all orders are processed through to China. The product materials are inferior quality manufactured in slave type factories. The product sizes are variable. Tried to return an unsatisfactory item and received an email indicating the return postage is a minimum of £25 up to £50 and could take 2 months. AVOID.

Shocking quality .
Total waste of money.
Would never ever recommend

Dress arrived screwed up like a dishrag. Horrible cheap fabric and no labels. My fault for not reading reviews first!

I can’t believe how stupid I was to order two dresses from what I believed to be a trustworthy company which turned out not to be! After a wait of several weeks the dresses arrived; one too small and the other enormous, both supposedly the same size. They were of poor quality. I contacted Alex London by email to ask for the “Hassle free” refund process that is advertised on their web site..The response, (terribly polite email) that I would have to return the dresses to China, at a cost of at least £30 (then there could be difficulties apparently in China processing this,) or get a 10% refund, or I could get larger/smaller sizes provided if I paid another £20!!! The refund process is hidden on their web site under the “returns” category at the bottom. I would suggest that the company immediately removes the words “hassle free returns” from their web site and that they follow the usual process for returns in the UK, giving full refunds when the goods are returned, (at UK postage prices) in unused condition.

Disaster and this place should be banned from trading!

The website states a refund can be given however the shipping cost to china is £30! I can be given a 15% refund and keep the clothes. What benefit is that to customers at all? I don’t know who these clothes will fit they are not what is advertised at all. I’m now £90 down for 2 dresses and a swimsuit (which turned out to be a tankini, not what I wanted at all) all of poor quality and that would fit a mannequin only!

Disgusted! The only thing I can give the one star for is the fairly quick customer service responses.

Do not order from this company the clothing is not a very good standard and its dodgy stating london. And if you want to return its China and can't guarantee your return getting to them.

I like a lot of other customers should have read the reviews before making the purchase, because the dress is so small nowhere near a 12/14. and as said previously the cost to return is £25. I will report to Pay Pal as not a suitable supplier to deal with I will also try Resolve just to make them aware of the problems,
I do not expect a positive outcome but at least I have tried and hope other people look at the reviews before buying from them

Firstly no where on there insta or Facebook does it say the items are from China. I wrote to the company 24-48 hours after I ordered and discovered it was coming from China I said I wanted to cancel but was told I was too late to cancel. There was no mention it would need to be sent back to China. I’m totally unhappy about how this company advertises as they have duped me and I will never use them again. Customers beware read the small print

Absolutely Terrible Experience - Avoid at All Costs!

I recently had the misfortune of ordering from Alex-London, and it was by far the worst shopping experience I’ve ever had.

First off, the clothes they sent me were ridiculously small. The sizing is completely inaccurate and misleading. It’s as if they designed their sizes for dolls, not real people.

Secondly, their customer service is a nightmare. I tried contacting them multiple times about the incorrect items, but getting a response was like pulling teeth. They either don’t care or are utterly incompetent when it comes to customer communication.

To top it all off, their return policy is horrendous. They make it incredibly difficult to return items, and cost are starting from £25 with convoluted procedures and no clear instructions. It seems like they do everything possible to prevent you from returning their subpar products.

Awful, do not use this company. No label on any garment, ordered 3 dresses, took 3 weeks to come even though the company has a London address, the sizes wouldn't fit a doll, let alone me! Awful quality, like rags. Even though advertises full refund, the return address is China, although the company address is London. DO NOT USE, THE GARMENTS ARE NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE1

AVOID!!! Wish i’d read the reviews before ordering.
Like everyone else the ads kept popping up on my socials and I really liked one of the dresses advertised.
Ordered thinking it was coming from a uk based company but no!!
Dress came today and it’s nothing like the ad.
Colours all wrong, shape and cut of the dress is unflattering and the material like someone else said is like an umbrella.
Looked at the return policy and it will cost me £25 to return!!!
I wouldn’t even attempt to resell on eBay so dishcloths it is.

The swimsuit was a two piece not a one piece. Top Very short and pants very skimpy and definitely not tummy control swimsuit as advertised . Got the same response as others have copied Would cost £10 to change style or send it back £30 I would honestly find it very hard to match this to anyone I know I could give it to.AVOID THIS COMPANY!!! IN CHINA ,,NOT U.K as led to believe

Like others I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing a terrible dress, quality is terrible, fit awful , on requesting to return received an email telling me it will cost £30.00 to return to China and that it may be better to keep the dress and perhaps gift to a friend or relative !!!

I am feeling a right idiot. Why didn’t I read reviews before ordering from this company from an instagram ad. Did not realise a Chinese company with UK name and office address. Just poor quality and fit and £30 to return a £35 dress.
Hopefully someone will read these reviews and the message is do not order.
