Having now opened an account Ross has been so helpful in setting everything up and I know he is there should I need any further assistance. The process was simple and straight forward. Complicated to bank with - too many clauses about how interest is and isnt earned. Dont waste your time - its a gimmick bank built on questionable fines when in credit. On top of that the App is rubbish and buffers and crashes.

The customer support team has been helpful and responsive throughout, and having a direct relationship manager gives us a clear point of contact whenever we need support.

If there are any issues, there is a person at the end of the phone ready to help. Yes its by phone, but you have a dedicated account manager.
