They have many bike parts that are difficult to find and the shipping has been very fast.

Absolute joke of a company. Tried to make a change to delivery address straight after ordering but you can't do it. Emailed them right away and still they won't change it. Terrible company to deal with.

When there is a problem this company simpy does not answer, first message sent on 24.10.2023 until today 15.11.2023 still no answer, just avoid!

Alltricks are all good. Great products, shipped quickly.

Extremely slow shipping and they use the worst delivery company imaginable.

Package was not delivered due to problems in the delivery company side. Since then, I only get generic answers asking for patience and no attemp to solve the problem. After two weeks the package was return to sender I still don't get my refund.

Bad customer service, late replies.

Bought a pair of cycling glasses. They were the most inexpensive ones on the market from that particular model. Easy ordering and quick delivery for free.

I have bought a par of cycle glases, which came a couple of days later as scheduled.

I bought a flybikes electron bmx with 1 pair pegs salt, from the pegs was missing the adapter 3/8 from 14mm axle to 10mm, from the bike was missing springs & hanger for the rear break so I'm without a brake..the service after the purchase is bad with slow response and no result.. the only positive is the low price which in the end you give them to cover their thefts.

Their central warehouse must be located in France, as they point out that the delivery might take some time.
Unfortunately they are using the KEP Hermes, one of or the worst KEP delivering in Germany.
This combination leads to long delivery times.
Thus: If you need something urgently, better order somewhere else, but not alltricks.

Alltricks owes me almost 600€ for an EVOC travel bag that never arrived to my door, although was considered as "delivered"! They answer the phone, but don't provide any solution. Claims the fault is from Chronopost, and that they are requiring proof of delivery...and receive no answer! Like if it was even possible!! Order number: 221104T027123188A

Luckely paid via PayPal. I've just opened a Paypal dispute with the hope to get my money back!

UPDATE 11.11.22: after calling directly myself to Chronopost France, they told me that the package went through a wrong route, and that they know I did not received it. Today I've ended up receiving my package correctly, and therefore increasing rating from 1 to 3, as they delivered what I purchased, although delayed, and with awful customer support in between.

Hello there. If there is a shopping site in Mars, I definitely recommend you to shop from it. Believe me, your products will reach you faster. It's not a joke to tell. Believe it's true. It's been 15 days and I never received my purchase. He travels here and there to the transport company. And it is not delivered to me. They send me a thank you e-mail for my customer service message. And they will never do anything for you, believe it. While your products are traveling here and there, your money will be held hostage by this company. They never offer a good customer service service. They won't write you anything other than my copy and paste e-mail.

Honestly I was a little scared buying from Alltrick.de due to the trust pilot rating and the high number of negative reviews. Anyway I would like to share my experience: I bought a Cinelli bike on Monday morning and I received it the same week on Wednesday Morning. I used Paypal to protect myself in case something went wrong..... I am very satisfied and I will buy from them in the future for sure.

Terrible ( and expensive) experience with this company. Ordered a jacket from them. Wrong item turned up. Contacted them regarding this and two weeks later have still not heard back from them.
As I said, avoid them. Stick with Wiggle, Sigma etc for biking and running purchases

Return costs are at your own expense. I ordered hiking boots which incl package weight more than 2 Kg. Delivery to France (there is no German Store, even through they have a German online Shop) from Germany costs 15,99 EUR!
