After reading the negative reviews, I was afraid that my order would end. My order was processed very quickly. The delivery of the package was even earlier than announced. I am very happy with the purchase. Well thank you.

The shop is very good and also the support team. I had a problem with a produkt and i got fast and good support. So for the shop only 5/5 Stars

The only thing is that Alltricks sells products from companies that are absolutely not customer friendly...
In my case it was the company CYCLIQ.
I bought a front camera and a rear camera. During my first installation on the bike the support of the camera broke (and that seems to be a very common problem when you belive in the people of many different forums). So i got in contact with Alltricks and they got in contact with cycliq. During the time i waited for a answere i installed the camera with its support for a GoPro camera. after 3 days in use it broke also.
I got again in contact with Alltricks and they again with Cycliq.

All in all it came out that Cycliq will not change the broken supports for the camera because in their opinion its not part of the guarantee....

I had also some problems with the rear camera: it couldn´t connect to the PC successful, and some more.
It was not possible to send it back because of the hardware problem. No! At first i have to try many different things like software updates and so on. Because of a Hardware problem.

And this are the two reasons why I´m finished with Alltricks.
Why do you work together wich such a company that is customer unfriendly like that???
They sell scrap supports for their cameras and they must know it because you can read it in almost every forum where this cameras are a topic. And the supports are not even in their guarantee when they break after one day in use.
They only accept a return with hardware problems when you first try to update the software --> In my case problems with connecting to the PC. Seems legit.

In my opinion you can´t work together with such a company when you want to be seen as a serious online shop...

VERY BAD - DOESN'T CANCEL ORDER! Even after immediate contact via phone and email! Say they can't but they won't because it's their POLICY!
Avoid this company, bad service options.
Double the cost for the company - return shipping costs and shipping costs...

Very bad experience. I Ordered on August 9 a bike that is stopped by the currier in Grenoble from august 12.
I had to phone in France to Chronopost and Alltricks ..... no one can say why the bike is in Grenoble so far and why itsn't in travel for Italy (where I live).
After some answer by mail they disappeared.
PAY ATTENTION WHEN YOU BUY

Do Not give these scumbags your hard earned cash. I placed an order that was going to to be delivered in 2 parts, the first delivery came no problems but the second delivery never arrived. I contacted their customer care and I was assured that the matter would be dealt with, that was the last I heard from them, they stopped responding to my emails and I am left out of pocket so pretty much they ripped me off. I have read similar reviews recently so this is not a once off incident. Stay away from alltricks, spend your money in your local bike shop or a more trust worthy online store.

They disappeared after my order, no response at all! I hope they ship my order

Horrible, on July 2 I bought a fork and they sent me an old model that with the different wheel size (24" instead 20"!!), on July 9 I sent them the photos they requested and on July 12 I still waiting for their answer, son can not send them back the fork back nor do I have the possibility of reimbursing my money. Alltricks never again!

Horrible, el 2 de julio compre una horquilla y me enviaron un modelo antiguo que con la medida de rueda diferente, el 9 de julio les envié las fotos que me solicitaron y a día 12 de julio sigo sin poder enviar la hoquilla de vuelta ni tengo posibilidad de que reembolse mi dinero a persar de las muchas llamadas y de los emails. Alltricks nunca más.
