The return process is a pain. They include a label in the box which is looks like a return label (used by most E-commerces by today standards) only that it is not a return label. It will even get scanned at your next DHL drop off station but it will just never be delivered back, instead it will return to you.
Then you have to cover the expense of the returns by you own and create your own return label, on top of that you have to make sure you include the original delivery date and add on manually one code you get sent via Email. This is not acceptable by today's standars. If you ordered something without creating a customer account you can say goodbye to you money and patience you will not get so far.
Order number: 25254672 I ordered a Bobike child seat for bikes in April. It was supposed to be dispatched last week and until now and after sending three emails, still no update. Tried contacting the hotline but it’s constantly busy. Please do not buy / order anything from this company. Waste of time!
An update: on Weds 18.05, they finally emailed me that they have cancelled the order as I’ve requested.

Took 10 days and a PayPal dispute to find out my ordered item was in fact out of stock. Once PayPal dispute was started refund was processed quickly. Would not buy again. If you do, I suggest using PayPal to protect yourself.
Great customer service, very fast! Although they did make a mistake in their answer, they dealt with its consequences and transferred the amount of money which was agrees upon (tax break)
Really hard to get in contact with support, no support in german despite a telephone number. It's busy constantly and in english almost impossible. A simple retoure can't be setup. The website formular is outdated and only supports old formats for pictures and videos, a simple text isn't enough either. They want pictures or videos! How I am supposed to do that. I just submitted a complain through paypal. It's ridiculous! Will never use this website to buy something.
Ordered a turbo trainer on the 27th of November and it now the 6th of Jan. but order never arrived and numerous attempts to contact their customer support / phone number but no luck at all. Very poor service. I left a review on their website and that got removed! but would not answer my calls or emails or messages

Ordered, and paid for, item on 5th September, website stating that it would be 5 days, later tracking stating it would be delivered on 10th. Not arrived yet, midnight on 14th, and 5 emails sent - all ignored. Tried on Facebook - automatic responses, no help. Might be their courier, Colissimo - cannot get through to them. Ordering items - good. After sales and comms - not good, and it looks like I'm not alone, read other reviews. Sometimes it's good to talk - if one can.
Despite all the bad reviews I decided to get what seemed to be the last Wahoo Elemnt Bolt v2. I used the PayPal option to checkout just to be safe in case anything goes horribly wrong like in other people‘s cases.
Surprisingly the product arrived ahead of time. Halpy with my purchase.
My experience could no have been worse. They basically stole money from me. Never delivered the bike and are unwilling to return the money. Thieves.

Es war eine gewöhnliche Retoure und ich habe bestimmt schon 15 mal mit dem Kundenservice in Deutschland telefoniert. Emails wurden nach einer Zeit nicht mehr beantwortet, das Geld ist nach wie vor nicht auf meinem Konto.
Ich habe nicht nur eine sendungsverfolgung per sendungsnummer die bestätigt dass das Paket angekommen ist sondern auch von der Post eine offizielle Bestätigung. Ihr habt ja behauptet es wäre nicht angekommen…
I returned an item and am still waiting for money about 4 months after my initial order.
They first tried to tell me that my parcel never arrived at their fulfillment center. After I got proof by DHL that my parcel was delivered correctly, they told me my money would be paid back within 2 weeks. Still have not received a cent. Ive called the German support more than 10 times by now, every single time they tell me they will escalate the issue and so on and so on. Really fed up by now and the next step will be legal action.
Wouldnt recommend anyone to shop here with the intention to try an item and maybe send it back.

Parcel never received, the service is charging 20€ for transport carrier and they never ever reply on customers after getting paid.
I sent 3 mails declaring that there’s a problem with the order, I lost my money and time
I ordered a couple of tools for my MTB. One of the tools was a bottom bracket tool, AllTricks have two different versions of this tool. The one I ordered, had in its description, that it is compatible with Sram. Once delivered it did not fit. It is not compatible with Sram and is only for Shimano. The item cost 8.99 on sale. To return the item due to an AllTricks website/staff error, will cost me 10 euro. As its not my fault why would I pay this?
Non problem right? Just contact Customer service and they will see the error in their website.
I contact the customer service team who repeatedly send me the same email asking for images and details of the order. I send them every time. The agent tells me I ordered the wrong product even though IT CLEARLY PROVES IN THE IMAGES AND ORDER RECORD I SENT MANY TIMES, I DID NOT ORDER THE WRONG PRODUCT.
They continue to repeat themselves and cannot seem to understand what is wrong. I will never use this site again to order an item, if you cant get a simple order right, how can anyone trust you will handle the big ones correctly. Ánd if there is an issue like I have, it takes weeks to try and get your team to understand or resolve the issue. Looking through the reviews here tells me it is a common issue with AllTricks.
My advice - Unless the bargain cannot be beaten - Use another company or end up in my position.
Terrible experience
I ordered a front wheel mudguard. I received a bag containing 4 zip ties and a label. About one week later, after contacting them, they did send me the mudguard.

My personal experience with this company has been very poor. The sneakers I ordered had a defect - after mailing back and forth and sending pictures I was allowed to send them back. I had asked for a replacement, as I was afraid the product would sell out. My request was ignored, despite the product being on the way back. As it took forever for the post to return the sneakers (they probably chose the cheapest return method), the product was sold out.

Its the fault of DPD but alltricks is doing NOTHING to satisfy the customer. They give a F.-.-K. I have contacted DPD personally and they have confirmed that alltricks never forwarded the documents where we have confirmed that we have not received the package.
Also alltricks does keep our money and does not send new goods to us.
BEWARE OF ALLTRICKS IS MY SUGGESTION TO ALL OF YOU !!!
