Bought a range extender for my El Camino and arrived with no instructions. I contacted support and a link to it arrived today. This should have been in the box or a QR code. Hopefully the extender will help extend my trips over 60 mile and understand the colours.

I've been buying Alpkit cycling and camping gear since 2009 and have always been impressed with the customer service and quality. A recent glitch in communication led to several exchanges with Customer Service and my issue has now been satisfactorily resolved,

Been using Alpkit for years & they never disappoint. If there's ever an issue or problem - stuff happens! - the staff online and at the nearest shop (Edinburgh) always do their best to sort it out. Leaving a review after today's small but ideal interaction. The kit is good, but it's the people who work there that have me coming back.

Brilliant bike! Love it and wish I had bought sooner! Well packaged. Well built. Even got a tool to aid the minimal 'putting together'! Electronic gears are awesome - everything was already set up as well.
Maybe have to buy another bike for my Wife!

My order for two discounted sleeping bags was canceled due to alleged pricing errors on the website. The paid amount was supposed to be refunded within 2 days. After 6 days, I still have not received any money.

This brand is fantastic and would recommend. I have however, had to use their customer service and I cannot fault the team at all. Really helpful and great comms. This is important for me when choosing products.

I've been nothing but impressed by my Sonder Camino bike – that's an Alpkit brand for anyone who doesn't know.
Not to mention the helpful Alpkit customer service team who guided me to my purchase.
I've since bought a couple of bikepacking bags and love them too!
My only complaint was the choice of courier – DPD Initially sent my bike to Scotland when I live in London!
Anyway, overall, I hope this company stay around for years to come!

Found your company a couple of years ago whilst visiting the peak district, it was a refreshing and welcoming find for and outdoors shop. Affordable and good quality!
This week we were happy to find another shop in betws y coed. The staff were great and they fixed a buckle on my back there and then whilst we shopped.
The sale was great and we had some real bargains for some more adventures.
Love the Yardley bin and the staff fully explained the concept and the no returns policy on it etc. they we friendly and welcoming.
A great company, keep doing what you're doing!

My son ordered a tent and sleeping bag for a forthcoming trip. He didn’t realise the sleeping bag was on pre-order or that this would delay the whole order being sent out. When nothing arrived I contacted Head Office. Naomi managed to source a sleeping bag and get the whole order ready for collection by us the same day. This saved his travel plans. Thank you Naomi for being so efficient and for your kindness from the outset in trying to help solve a problem - you are amazing and a credit to Alpkit.

I had many questions about Alpkit tents and they were quick to answer all of them. They do actually call you back. I needed a PFAS free tent so opted for the Roundhouse . Sorted out confusion over availability and offer prices easily.
Tent has arrived as promised. Looking forward to opening it up this weekend.
Highly recommend Alpkit.

I had an incredible experience with Alpkit. My tent inner was damaged and was out of warranty, but they replaced it free of charge without any hassle. Their customer service is top-notch, I couldn't recommend them more highly!

I sent a beloved old jacket to have it's zip fixed at Alpkit. The store I dropped it at didn't have capacity so they shipped it to another store who talked me through the fix and shipped it back to me.
Unfortunately Alpkit were let down by the courier who lost the package. However Alpkit Customer services were fantastic when I informed them that the jacket hadn't arrived. They managed contact with the courier and when informed that the package was lost, they immediately offered me a replacement from their own line. Their customer service (Dominic) was very easy to contact and sorted everything. They built a lot of trust and really showed Alpkit's ethos.

I came to your Betws y Coed Alpkit Sonder ride out. But after all my careful prep I still made the school boy error of not putting my AXS battery back into my rear derailleur. I hoped I could buy one at the store but alas no. However I just want to say a MASSIVE thank you to the assistant who didn't just give up but had the faith to let me use one of your batteries for the ride - an absolute life saver. I never got his name but he saved the day. Often people only contact to complain - but I am so glad he helped me - the ride was fantastic - the after event soup hit the spot and the laugh me my son and his friends had on the ride

I received 2 bike bags from family for my birthday, after placing them on my bike I realised some straps were missing & emailed customer support. I received a reply within 24 hours & the missing straps delivered within 72hrs. Fab customer service
