Smooth online ordering and helpful delivery staff
Easy to order online, we received an email confirming order but nothing to confirm delivery date. On the delivery day called to see if delivery going ahead but phone system down. Delivery driver phoned about 30 minutes before delivery which was great and was really helpful with off loading.

Ordered a one piece mdf board as a fix…
Ordered a one piece mdf board as a fix for a sagging mattress. Order came, cut as instructed in 4 days. The driver Matt was very pleasant and took time to chat regarding the screwing of the board to existing slats. Offered the off cuts that will go to another project I'm working on. Everything from start of order to receiving the product went very smoothly and will use Alsford for all future wood purchases. Sleep through the night due to the quality of wood that they supplied.

Once again Alsford's delivery person was 10/10. Polite, friendly and offloaded to exact spot I wanted. Would give 4.5 stars overall as delivery time was later than I had been told the day before, but that's no biggie. They will continue to be my 1st choice for supplying my ongoing garden redesign.

Blockboard was good quality and was cut…
Blockboard was good quality and was cut to the exact sizes requested. Only complaint, I never got a call to say when it was to be delivered. Invoice stated to be delivered on requested day, but I wasn't offered a delivery date. Luckily I was in.
Delivery driver was great and carried it into the hallway, so thanks for that.
