Worst shopping experience: Unhygienic used items and incomplete refunds
I strongly advise against buying from Alza. I ordered an appliance that was sold and priced as "brand new," but what I received was clearly a heavily used, unhygienic customer return.
The packaging was unsealed, the device was scratched, and the brush attachments were completely mashed and worn out from prior use. Even worse, there was stale, foul-smelling standing water inside the tank and a heavy crust of white limescale on the cap.
When I contacted their customer service with photos of this unhygienic condition, they gave me the ridiculous excuse that the dirty water and limescale were just from a "factory test." Using this "factory test" script to dismiss my valid complaint and hoping I wouldn't push back is completely unacceptable. Factory tests use sterile water, not hard tap water that leaves mineral buildup.
I was instructed to return the item. I sent it back using their label, but they only refunded a very small fraction of my original payment. They kept the vast majority of my money. Despite my emails demanding the rest of my refund or the brand-new replacement product I originally paid for, the issue remains unresolved.
Terrible quality control, extremely misleading customer service, and incomplete refunds. Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere.

Opened product
Ordered online from Germany. The shaver package was obviously opened already. Contacted customer service, told them would return but I have no time since traveling and they should appropriately compensate. I cannot even tell if it’s the original machine. Customer service too greedy to compensate appropriate amount or to find suitable solution. Back and forth and I said at the end forget it. So, not worth saving here maybe few Euros for the experience. Headache. Not again

Worst experience ever
They told me my order has arrived at the packet shop, which i checked but it was not true. I contacted their online support and told me I shall wait. After one week I got no e-mail so I contacted the support again. This time they told me I shall take care of this myself, after I already paid my order and checket 3 times at the packet shop (they still don't have my order). Worst experience ever

We have carefully reviewed your case. According to the carrier’s information, the parcel was delivered to the pickup location and a notification should have been sent to you. However, we later received an update that the parcel was not collected and was therefore returned to the sender.
Once the returned shipment arrives back at our warehouse and is processed, your payment will be refunded automatically. We will of course inform you by email as soon as the refund has been completed.

Excellent service and delivery
Excellent service and delivery! i received my new ASUS OLED PG27AQWP-W monitor, that was released a few months ago and which was not available anywhere else and had a waiting period of over a month on other platforms. Alza delivered the item marked as "on order" in 5 days to me in Germany, considering that it was shipped from the Czech Republic rather than Germany. i am very satisfied and will definitely order from this store again :)
i would also like to note that i like the intuitive and user-friendly interface with a personal account on both the website and in the app.
