It was a bit bureaucratic to order involving several emails, not a normal webshop. But they have lots of great part, ok prices and once the bureaucratic bit was over - the shipment arrived fast. So almost perfect.

Precise diagrams made it easy for me to get the right parts.
Very quick delivery to the UK.
What was really good was the postage cost was £50 cheaper which they refunded promptly.

I've ordered two sets of parts from them now, and they have been excellent.

Both times for my LS430 to the UK, where the parts are often available only from the Lexus dealer and are EXPENSIVE.

Both times I ordered from their Japan warehouse and received genuine OEM parts at a quarter of the price, including shipping costs. And they arrived within a week using FedEx delivery.

Just 100% check your part numbers before you order, because I'm not sure what the returns process would be like.

Overall I'm very happy when I order parts from Amayama. They actually check for parts availability and will look for alternative parts should the OEM parts be no longer available. My only small gripe is the longer times when it comes to receiving an order from them, but that is due to the non-automated process of them checking with parts manufacturers/dealers to verify availability. With a car with parts as hard to find as mine, I really appreciate the time they take to work with me on an order-by-order basis. I have a 1992 Subaru Alcyone SVX from Japan (CXW-XXXXXX), so finding parts that are compatible can be a pain sometimes since there are some differences from the USDM models. Another gripe with USA parts dealers is the mark-up on some prices. A crankshaft pulley for my car is over $200 from Subaru of America, meanwhile the same part on Amayama is about half the price. If you have a JDM car, I highly recommended ordering from Amayama.

Amayama had all the parts I needed for my RX8. Even if you don't know the part number, you'll still be able to find the part you need by reading the schema of the component, it is broken down to nuts and bolts. Placed 6 orders so far.

I ordered 2 dust covers for my rear callipers on a 1996 Land Cruiser J90 that were n/a in the UK they arrived approximately 2 weeks later at a price including shipping of £12 . I was amazed by the price and speed of delivery and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company and will definitely be using them again.

Easy to search for parts for your vehicle as long as you have your VIN, you can search for the items per category. The support staff is great, checks the availability of parts and responds promptly. I ordered parts from their UAE and Osaka warehouses and received the items earlier than expected. I initially chose the wrong courier but they changed it for me right away when I asked via chat. They accept PayPal, credit card, and debit cards which I find very helpful. The delivery was surprisingly quick too! My package was shipped from their Osaka warehouse last night and it arrived just now!
