I have ordered parts from Amayama for a number of years, and the Toyota/ Lexus bulletin boards I visit mention Amayama prominantly.

Because of the unnecessary US tariffs placed on Japanese goods, the costs have risen, but even the aftermarket parts made in Japan are far superior in quality and durability that it is worth extra to purchase even with increased costs.

If you maintain your own vehicle and plan to keep it near OEM standards, then invest in parts from Amayama. They are a responsive, responsible, and gracious company and people. I am always pleased to contact them.

Made an order which didn't arrive by the estimated delivery time. Had no warnings about delivery delays and the item wasn't even shipped out yet. Customer service was not professional addressing this as my time was waisted waiting for the product. Order nr.12314656

Ordered some parts from them. Got the part number from a sale on Yahoo Japan, and contacted their support to verify if it was what I was looking for, as the image for the part on their website was blank. Support verified that it was what I was looking for. I placed the order and they said they only had 2 of the 4 needed, in stock. They said he estimate from their supplier said that it could take up to 2 months to get the other two. After two months and no update, I contacted them and noticed that an image was now present for the part. It was not what I was told it was. I contacted their support and found out that I was lied to. There was no mistaking it. It was a blatant lie, and a gigantic waste of time.
