They are very good and the aftercare is very good also.

A very thorough examination, followed by a recomendation, of what is needed. After my tests, i was given a device to try, i was so shocked at how poor my hearing was. I ordered the recommended devices, and had them fitted and callabrated to my needs. Returned 2 weeks later to see how i was aclimatising to them. It was recommended that i returned 2 weeks after that. At that point i had become used to them,and was very comfortable with them.

Ana at Hidden Hearing in Sevenoaks was amazing. So friendly, explained each procedure clearly without complicating anything. The testing was done smoothly and explained throughout. Ana treats you like a person and not a patient so she talks with you and not at you. Highly recommended

HH's representative in Cathedra Road, Cardiff is a friendly man who explains every procedsure and takes care to ensure that the client is happy with the service and advice given.

I've been using hearing aids for 15 years and have tried several high street brands. Cheryl at Amplifon Chester gave me the most thorough hearing test ever, and took the time to explain the results in a very easy manner. The approach and service delivery is faultless.
Any information that is asked, is answered clearly, any information given is precise and easily understood.
The different staff I have had contact with are welcoming, friendly and professional. Anything that needs to be clarifying is done so in a sensitive way.
Hearing loss is factor I have found difficult to accept, the agents I have had dealings with are not simply business professionals, they are very obviously aware of, in this case, MY anxiety and gave me reassurance and guidance before offering the service that was available for my condition.

The safe at Hiden Hearing are so nice and answer any questions you have. Gordon the audiologist is very pleasant and puts you at ease with all the tests he does on your ears if it's the first time, and can answer all your questions and problems you may have with your hearing aids. The staff at the reception are so pleasant and helpfull as well offering you tea coffe or a cup of water while you wait. Tim who removes your ear wax for you is very pleasant as well answering all your questions and putting you at ease

Consultation was excellent however the after care is very limited, there are far better aftercare packages available with other companies at no extra cost to the client,

Joshua was personable, informative, thorough and extremely knowledgeable about hearing and hearing aids.
I will admit, I hadn't been wearing my hearing aids regularly as I felt they were making little difference. However, Joshua explained the benefits of continuous wear fully, and with a few tweaks to levels and an increased dome size the difference is phenomenal! Thank you Joshua, I hope to see you at my next review.

We visit Hidden Hearing in Eastbourne regularly and receive nothing but the very best attention from Gay the receptionist and Ben the audiologist. The premises are always spotless and welcoming. It's a pleasure to have a laugh with Ben and Gay who are both totally committed to you needs.

Mr Colclough was very knowledgeable and helpful. He explained my husbands hearing difficulties and we came away from his consultation reassured. We are now considering the £3000 outlay on hearing aids, perhaps I should just raise my voice when speaking to him! When we decide we will definitely return to his clinic.
