Nicky was excellent. She explained everything without ever making me feel like she thought I was daft. Great to be able to get a free hearing test. Whilst the tests showed that I have mild hearing loss, Nicky advised that unless I was really struggling in social situations, she wouldn’t recommend hearing aids at this point. I booked in for another test in a year’s time. Great environment - not salesy at all, and I feel reassured that I have a baseline so I can see whether things are deteriorating over the next few years.

They sorted my left hearing aid which wasn’t working. by sending it away - hopefully. It will be repaired,

With Hidden Hearing home visits over two years. The two audiologists I have dealt with have been knowledgeable, professional, effective and friendly. Their service is first rate, I cannot praise them highly enough.

It was initially difficult to get through. When I got my appointment the staff were friendly and reassuring. I needed two visits. The problem with my ear wasn't completely resolved. It was recommended I go to the doctor and continue some treatment at home. I was told I could go back if things didn't improve. This was reassuring.

A huge thank you to Jessica for the fantastic ear care service she provided for my 92-year-old dad. She was wonderfully kind, patient, and caring from start to finish. She put him at ease straight away and treated him with so much dignity and warm respect. Highly recommended!

The staff are very friendly,cheerful and helpful.My hearing test procedures and results were clearly explained and I was put at ease.You do not feel as if you are being rushed and are encouraged to ask questions.A very positive experience.

I have been with the firm under three different names but the team remains reassuringly the same. The annual test is very thorough and professional and explained easily so you understand any changes. I have upgraded my hearing aids after 5-6 years with my previous ones. There was no hard sell and after trying them they are so much better than my previous set. I would recommend them to anyone.

All staff from reception to the audiologist are friendly & efficient. They all put you at ease & the audiologist fully explained what she was doing throughout. I would recommend the Halifax branch to anyone

i went routine hearing test as i was concerned at my age i might have hearing loss it wad great from start to finish much less inteusive as i had imagined very professional wxoerience really glad i went to get tested
