I have found that the staff at…
I have found that the staff at andertons have the right experience to help when you go to buy your music gear especially the guitar department when I was looking for a Gibson R4 they sorted out one for me and they were very good in getting it ready for me and so I went back a few weeks later on bought an R6 the staff have great experience and are very knowledgeable thank you anderton's I will be back again great service.

Damaged in transit but Andertons CS sorted it super-fast!
Bought something from them that was sadly damaged and broken in transit, the Customer Service and replacement item turn-around was astounding! Reported the issue on a late Friday afternoon and had the replacement delivered and damaged item picked up for return on the Sunday morning.
Customer service when it really matters is when you know it's a great company to deal with.
