I had spent thousands in this store building a professional studio and instruments colletion. I had three faulty Fender bass guitars with the same fault, buzzing at high volumes when recording or playing. Tested in different locations. This company's response was Fender bass guitars hold this character! Fender produce top quality instruments even at entry level! I asked for £40 to get it fixed professionally but they refused! They have lost a customer who spent money and still needing loads more gear for gig set ups and studio gear. Their workers don't know how to talk with customers, it's Al.ost like there on the edge of laughing at you when your on the phone to them! Disgusting!

I have used Anderton's for years and never had a bad experience. Brilliant stock, excellent products. First class shipping times and next day delivery almost every time. I even had to return one item, which was not anderton's fault at all. Exchanged without question or challenge. Certainly one of the best retailers in the UK. Highly recommended AAAAA+

Part of my order was mistakenly overlooked and with 1 call to Tom quoting my order number it was fixed dispatched and here the next day. That’s one slick organisation.
I wouldn’t hesitate to order from Andertons in the future also have to mention the courier not one mark on the box thus instrument arrived as it left the Fender factory.

Andertons are a great place to buy an instrument. I had some issues when I bought a guitar with them, albeit a cheap one, so I fired off an email and they called me within the hour to discuss my issues. This goes to show they care about customer satisfaction and I can't fault them for that.
I'm already thinking about buying a more premium guitar, and I wouldn't have any hesitation purchasing from Andertons again. Once I've worked out what I'm after, if they're price competitive, they'll definitely have me as a customer.
