I placed an order in Feb and it was delivered only in the end of July. Other than that, everything was good. Customer Services responded fast to my emails, which makes me feel confortable that eventually my order was going to be fulfilled.

Terrible service
Jumped the gun here and gave the 5 stars before finalising the order., so correcting it now.
Order not delivered due to their choice of courier, even though I have been home all day waiting. They ignored my email until next day so nothing could be done about the delivery and I took a day off on purpose to receive the order. I went above and beyond to accommodate their delivery - I was willing to do 3 hour round trip to pick it up from their store and maybe have a gander in the shop. But no, can't do this, can't do that. 0 aftersales customer service - they are good when they sell you stuff, once sold, they don't care.

Ridiculously cheap guitar
Second guitar i have purchased from here, and no issues again, delivered on time , kept me informed ,, everything you expect from a company. Which doesn't always happen nowadays. And what is even better it was a budget guitar for my son for his collection and he loves it , the price was ridiculously cheap.
