We bought casio piano from the store and the delivery and setup was great. Everything went well and the kids love it.

Purchased this amp as a backup to my main Ashdown ABM head. I am extremely happy with the sound and performance, it really is fantastic value for money. I don't think it will be back a backup for the moment as I am confident it will great for gigging. The ultra-low button was more of a pre-shape EQ button (which I like) than just a bass boost which is slightly quirky. Very nice finish as well, you wouldn't think this is a more budget friendly amp.

Andertons staff were really helpful as usual, I tried the amp in the demo room and went home very happy, great product and great service.

I ordered a Yamaha guitar, but realised shortly afterwards that I’d tried this type of guitar and didn’t like the feel of it.
felt a bit foolish but cancelled the order early the next morning. I got an e-mail from Matt shortly afterwards and confirmation that the money will be going back into my PayPal account.
Thought it was a good prompt response and was half expecting the order not being cancelled tbh.
Have used Andertons a few times and find the prices and service to be good.

Outstanding service from Andertons. I asked their QC team to pick a Mockingbird with a good neck, and they nailed it.

The guitar arrived perfectly set up, the neck is straight and smooth, and the whole instrument feels fantastic.

I have been buying from Andertons for a few years now; a couple of guitars, some pedals, an amp, various accessories and even a ukulele. Service has always been great. prices competitive and items perfectly packed and quality checked.
Recently a MultiFX unit failed within a year of purchase. A couple of emails later the item was collected and returned, checked and quickly replaced. No fuss, no problem. Can't fault the excellent service. Will certainly buy again.

Andertons are a uk based independent music shop. That’s pretty rare these days so I’m happy to support them. Also they tick all the boxes for pricing, stock, choice and speed of service. The last thing I got were some Tourtech hard cases for my drums. Genuinely a bargain. Decent design and does the job well. I might improve the internal lining a bit myself but these provide great protection and stack well which is what I needed.
