Great service. Helpful salesperson, not at all pushy. Very useful in that their chairs come fully assembled - very unusual! Delivery men were also very polite and friendly and brought my heavy old office chair downstairs for me. Would definitely recommend.

Delivery was quick and everything was assembled by the staff in our offices very quickly with no disturbance to our operations.

I received initially a faulty chair and as soon as I reported the problem they tried to resolve it. Two days later the chair wass replaced to a new one. I am very happy with the professionalism and problem solving.

I ordered a standing desk last year and never got around to posting a review, so I thought I'd use my new trustpilot account for the good. This was a great company to deal with and they deserve their high rating. The desk is good quality and had features other companies charged more for. I had a few pre-order queries about delivery and when I phoned them, I spoke to a manager who was able to liaise directly with their delivery drivers which made things really easy to arrange. At the time, other companies in my budget had a fair wait time for delivery, but these guys delivered the day after I placed my order. No fuss and everything was assembled in my room where I wanted it and the functions explained to me. I wish all companies were as all-round satisfying to buy from.

The chair is excellent, and was delivered well by Andrews' own delivery van.

I'm not far beyond their normal £20+VAT zone fro delivery and initially I was quoted too high a price to get it to me. Jefferson got this sorted and at an in-between price for delivery I'm a very happy customer.

I stumbled across AOF searching for second hand furniture and found the perfect booth seat (with power) for our new office. Jefferson was a pleasure to deal with, prompt with communications and helpful in arranging the delivery date. I'd not hesitate to order from them again if they have what we need.
