Used andrex supreme quilts fur years until it suddenly changed to ultimate quilts. It's not the same quality, disintegrates with the smallest amount of fluid and even with 4 sheets fingers still go st... See more

Normally I don’t use Andre’s
Normally I don’t use Andre’s, but tried a pack and was shocked.
I seem to get through a roll much more quickly than usual and the quality is worse than a value brand. The card tube is really huge making the rolls look bigger than they really are.
First and last time for me. Big rip off.
I would give Andrex toilet papaer a…
I would give Andrex toilet papaer a zero, but that option is not offered on here.
I noticed a drop in quality some while ago but kept on with using it. However the latest pack purchased is the limit, the quality has nosedived again. Really really bad, thin, flimsy, not at all in keeping with the price paid
Andrex Family Soft is not the same as Gentle Clean
Having bought Andrex Gentle Clean for years, it has now been re-branded as Family Soft. Sadly, it now does not seem to be as soft any more. I am not going to buy it in future. There are softer alternatives on the market, including supermarket own brands.
What has on earth happened to Andrex
What has on earth happened to Andrex? It used to be "the" luxury toilet paper, the classic family brand. Great advertising with the adorable puppy and an excellent "soft, strong and very very long" product. Now it's the crappiest, poorest quality paper money can buy. I only gave 1 star because zero is not an option on here. Don't buy it. Kimberley-Clark have really lost their way with this product. I sent some feedback via the Andrex website and got this response:
"Thank you for contacting Kimberly-Clark. Please expect a delay in our response due to the unprecedented volume of queries we are currently experiencing. We will handle your contact/case as quickly as we can. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. We have received your message, and your contact number is 00677698. I've switched to Aldi's own brand of Softer Luxury toilet paper. Vastly superior quality and much better value for money.
Awful toilet paper
I am 52 , i was brought up with Andrex toilet paper . However over the years the quaility of Andrex toilet paper has nosedived , i recently bought a pack of 4 rolls which said it had 50% more sheets than normal rolls. It might be, i am not counting them . However they are thin, and break while wiping . Oh they also have a pointless easy tear every 3 sheets . i have never had an issue tearing toilet paper off a roll . the toilet paper lasted no longer than any normal size . i am going to cushionel . there 50% bigger rolls lasted longer and did not break when wiping .
Get rid of the Andrex commercial, the bloke in the toilet doing an absolute stupid shuffle and sniffing a toilet roll is absolutely awful. Sort out your commercials Andrex. This doesn't encourage me!
Get rid of the Andrex commercial
Advertising pushes you away
I am obviously not alone in not buying Andrex as a result of their current advertising. Whoever thought these a good idea?
Andrex adverts have lost this customer
What were the firm advertising Andrex aiming to do? I do NOT want to be sat with my family watching crude and embarrassing adverts. The one with the couple in the bathroom is utterly repellent. I will now be looking for a similar quality alternative toilet paper.
Andrex ads 2024 - appalling
The current ad campaign is really ill judged and I'm really not sure who it is aimed at. I started by muting them but now I switch over - I'm not a fluffy puppy fan but even they were better than these offensive insults to the intelligence.
I do not need to see other people using a toilet to choose what tissue to buy.
Shrunk
well , the adverts are horrible the roll is to small, what are you thinking of I will never buy Andrex again and I used to think it was the best brand as it was really, so what are you doing ? not very bright as it’s lost sales you will have that’s for sure , the width was just right and now 😱
An insult to our intelligence!
Gee! I find myself actually turning off an advert! These are appalling!
BRING BACK the 'pack'of adorable pups!
These adverts are all wrong!
Disgusting adverts
Disgusting adverts. Unpleasant people doing unpleasant things that Andrex thinks funny to beam into my living room. Well they're not funny but are just enough to put me off ever buying their products.
What a horrible advert
What a horrible advert. Whoever comes up with this advert needs sacking. Thought better of Andrex. No wonder you charge the earth for yr products when you have tp pay gor these kind of adverts to be made. Not be buying Andrex again.
Absolutely hate the new advert…
Absolutely hate the new advert campaign. Has entirely turned me off the brand altogether. Really dreadful idea.
What is wrong with Andrex
What is wrong with Andrex? The latest ads are awful and if anything, would stop me buying their products.
Every other sheet not perforated in pack of 16 quilts.
Every other sheet not perforated properly, so won’t be buying andrex quilts ever again. 16 rolls of inferior perforation is bad enough for me. Waste of time and money
Totally Offended
I have bought Andrex since 1974....yeah 50 years...but never have I seen such a disgusting advert as the latest offering from Andrex....it offends me, no need for this amount of clarity in a work place....awful...God only knows who thought this one up. Oh and by the way, the toilet roll she was holding? Never seen a roll that big sold by Andrex. Aldi for me in future, I don't need to be offended.
It would be zero stars if I could
It would be zero stars if I could. I have bought Andres Supreme toilet rolls for quite some time, the large multi packs. I have noticed over the last 12 months that the rollers have got smaller both in width and depth. Then a month ago I bought a pack and with each of the rolls the sections to tire only went half the way across, so they just looked awful after use.
UK customer services no matter what time you ring says, "we are open between 9 am and 4 pm. Then hangs up" . I have rung at 10.30, 1 pm and 2 pm on different days and got the same message. Awful.
Let the roll begin
Let the roll begin it was unravelled before we got to use it.Some of it looked like a cat had been at it. By the way we don't have a cat.the roll insert was bigger than before. More expensive than other rolls . I'm going back to who gives a crap.

White toilet paper is bleached and chlorinated. Extremely toxic. Use non toxic instead now and feel different
