I agree with some previous comments do these companies think the public are stupid…..they are charging more for less product…rip off Britain.
Has anyone else noticed the amount of tissue is less plus the cardboard tubes are wider/bigger so basically the higher prices are for the increased air supplied in the cardboard tube!!! Disgusting and just not fair/right….

I purchased 9 x 'Coconut Fresh - Unique 3D Wave (trademark sign) texture' Andrex toilet 'tissue' and there was nothing unique about it. I would have placed this product somewhere in our local store for 4 x rolls for £1.

The unique 3D structure still needs to come to me as the paper is so thin and there is so little on the roll that surely something went wrong within their research??

Anyway, sent a letter raising this experience with Andrex.. they may get back to me or they could just take the [...]. Fill in the gaps as you see fit!! :)

Quality product which doesn't exist anymore! 9 rolls of shredded paper - seriously????? Every roll is a reject - not one piece in tact at all and impossible to try their contact us page. all that does is ask me to subscribe. Rubbish product.

Thank you, thank you, thank you Andrex Quilted. After a Covid filled Christmas I can at least say my nose has remained intact after days of virus, and Andrex toilet rolls. Soft, soft, soft 🤒😷🤧

I’ve always bought Andrex toilet paper in the past but it’s so thin now. Definitely not worth the price so I am changing to Lidl toilet paper. Their quilted paper is a bit thicker and is less expensive. Every penny counts these days.

Andrex classic is rubbish. I think Andrex have attempted to make the thinnest toilet paper and then tried to make it even thinner. What has gone wrong? Avoid this product spend your money else where.

Andrex quilted toilet rolls are absolutely awful. Soft??? No way!! They feel more like pieces of printer paper than soft toilet tissue. Huge cardboard tube inserts that make the roll seem much bigger when in fact they are not. Altogether very unpleasant and way too expensive! What has happened? Andrex used to be the leading brand.

The latest batch of Andrex 'Classic Clean' are imperfectly perforated - meaning increased waste and expense. When trying to communicate this through the Andrex website: (a) it was impossible to attach photos and (b) there was no 'send' button - one was constantly asked to write it again, meaning that one gave up. Was this intended?

One star is one too many for Andrex. Shrinkflation at its best. Bigger cardboard inner tubes. Less sheets of toilet roll. And a larger price tag! Nice one Andrex! Absolute grifters!

Andrex classic clean toilet rolls are very thin and narrow.I couldn't believe how rubbishy they are.No point claiming green credentials when need lots of sheets to avoid fingers going through.Supermarkets own brands are much better .So disappointed I actually rang their customer service to complain.Reassured its not just me who think the quality has gone down a lot

I have always bought Andrex toilet rolls but the new Classic Clean Mega rolls are appalling quality. They are so thin and poor quality that they are embarrassing to have inyour bathroom!! I won't be buying again

Andrex Classic Clean toilet roll have changed they are now thinner than the cheapest rolls and shed bits which stick to you. There are bits on the outside of brand new rolls. Having always bought into Andrex quality i will be changing my loyalty from now on as it is no longer better than cheaper products. Disgusting!

People think that just because they're a top branded name, they are getting the best quality, WRONG. The cardboard tubes have got thicker, and one of their supposed superior quality ones, ( in the purple packaging )is nowhere near as thick and quilted as it used to be because they're only 3 ply now. Always check the ply. Even their lowest standard one is only 2 ply, yet most people don't realise. Wake up people, and don't let these greed filled companies rip you off.

Absolutely appalled at the quality of these toilet rolls. Thin and rubbish, where is rlthe quilting, they are so thin, even with 4 sheets folded, l still put my fingers through them!! Disgusting, and a complete rip off. Neer again!

Absolutely appalled at what has happened to the size & quality of andrex toilet rolls...hadn't bought this brand in quite sometime...and certainly won't be again...this shrinkflation strategy makes you feel duped, foolish & just downright conned...in the end this short term gain will have brand loyalty repercussions...I hope I like many others give support to brands that have not gone down this road!

Quality gone crap, its like sandpaper wiping your arss with the quilted sheet, my arss is bleeding, also it has shrunk over one inch all round per sheet, stay away from andrex toilet paper, Ive seen better crap with the cheaper brands.

Not only have prices stealthily shot up,and sheet sizes got smaller, under the guise of convincing us that the sheets are now delightfully softer, the technology allows manufacturers to cunningly pump more air into the tissue making them fatter, reducing the quality and giving the rolls the appearance of looking the same size as before.
I find it depressing that these companies are allowed to carry out what is nothing short of a deceitful criminal act of cheating the public and companies like Tesco are aiding and abetting these greedy corporate pigs.
We changed to Cushelle and, surprise, surprise, they have carried out the same dishonest act.
Why haven't they got the courage to come clean and explain on the packaging the changes made?

Won’t be buying this again.. how very sad, once a quality product and now Supermarket own brands are thicker! Supreme Quality! ha!

Latest Andrex Supreme Quilts toilet paper rolls are 5 mm narrower than the were about a month ago and more expensive. Did Andrex just hope customers would not notice the 5 mm reduced roll width? With te increased prices this is clearly just a method for Andrex to further increase profit on an essential and basic item. Their 'contact' section on their website will not let me proceed to contact them without signing up to 'regular offers and updates'!
