I have requested a returns label twice…
I have requested a returns label twice and there’s no sign of it despite promises of sending it. There’s never an attachment to the email if that’s what I should be looking for.

Early Christmas shop
Bought Christmas designed boxes so can fill with goodies and give as presents
Unfortunately the box was damaged during delivery and one of the boxes was also damaged. This was resolved very quickly by Angela Reed and a replacement arrived soon after. Great customer service

This is a beautiful little ornament. When lit up it is even more attractive. It is good quality at a good price. It looks great on a window sill or a shelf with other accessories. It is an ornament to stay out long after Christmas!!

Excellent service from start to finish, they could not have been more help full.
As they hadn't got the chair in stock they would order to try then if item was not right for purpose they would take it back and refund my money.
As it happens its perfect so we are enjoying the whole experience shopping with them and I will certainly shop with them again

The only downside was the 10 week wait for the sofa !!!

Our usual lead time for this sofa is approximately 4–6 weeks, so we completely understand your frustration at having to wait ten weeks. As our sofas are made to order, we do rely on our furniture manufacturers' production and delivery schedules, but we're looking into why your order took longer than expected.
