Dress wasn’t even available when they…

Dress wasn’t even available when they charged me. Then I got an email later saying it was out of stock and money had been returned. I was very shocked because the Angeleye website still saying item was available. When I wrote to customer service they said that there was an error in the system. Now I am been asked to review the item. What a joke

Unresponsive, uncommunicative, unprofessional

I ordered a dress through their website, and it took about a month to arrive in Canada which is fine, given Covid and the distance traveled during shipping. When I received the dress, I realized I was sent a different size than what I had ordered. I sent off an email with proof attached showing the error as being on their end and received no response. I waited a few days and still didn't here back, so I sent yet another email... still nothing. Exchanges aren't offered internationally, so my choices were to either return it and spend even more on shipping, resulting in money spent with no product, or return it and buy another dress, where I will have paid for shipping three times, and still not have a guarantee that the size would be correct the second time around either. Once again, the mistake was not on my end, so it's upsetting that AngelEye could not take the time to at least respond to one of their customers, let alone offer to cover the shipping fees. Now I'm left with a dress stuffed in the back of my closet, and the only thing I can do at this point is warn others off of buying from this company.

Only disappoint was

Only disappoint was, given the cost of the dress the packaging was not very good. Love the dress and speed of delivery given the current situation.

Most unsatisfactory service!

Shame that I had ordered a dress in my size for a next day delivery. The next day, I receive a message saying my dress was out of stock. Went back online to see if it was available & it was. I’m not sure what this company is playing at. If it’s in stock, it is their responsibility to send it. Called the number & someone answered saying” we’re closed”. Why would there be someone there if they’re closed? They were unwilling to help & said order it again if it’s showing in stock. That’s utter nonsense!!!
I’m not sure they are genuine. Would not buy anything from them again!

Happy customer

Ordered a long line grey fur coat, which was even better than the picture. Coat was in the sale with an extra 15% off as it was the first time I have ordered from ANGELEYE direct, but certainly won't be the last time. Very happy with my purchase, thank you ANGELEYE.
