Ordered a dress which was in stock on the website. Recieved an email the next day to say it was out of stock. The website needs to reflect this.

Nice clothes - unreliable refunding system.

With my first order they held the payment pending for well over a month, even when I had received an email confirming all items had been returned.
Second order, one of the three dresses ordered wasn’t in stock (even though website said it was in stock). Kept one, returned one. Charged for all three. Called customer services at 8am (as website stipulated at the time) but got through to half asleep man speaking broken English who told me to call back later. Eventually got refund and apology by way of discount code (which didn’t work by the way).
Third dress upon closer inspection before wearing was faulty. Asked for a replacement but wouldn’t send out replacement until I’d sent the faulty one back.
In the end I had to order the dress again so it would reach me in time, also tried to order previously out of stock dress. It was still showing as in stock, but was not. Paid for next day delivery, which I was told would be refunded. Had to chase delivery refund and refund for out of stock dress which was never sent.

In a nutshell - keep a close eye on your bank account, especially if returned items or if you’ve received an out of stock email.

Stunning bridesmaid dresses

I bought my bridesmaid dresses from Angeleye and they are stunning and reasonably prices. The customer service team were excellent and super efficient when helping me find out of stock sizes, so that everything looked and fit perfectly ready for the big day!!!

Don’t order if you don’t live in UK

Since I don’t live in UK, Angeleye service was pretty bad. I’va ordered a couple of dresses that unfortunately didn’t fit and I had to pay shipping costs both times.

Very easy

Very easy to deal with. I received the item very quickly, it was a lovely skirt, but didn’t fit me. I returned it. No problems quick refund. I was very impressed.

This is one of my favorite brands

This is one of my favorite brands. I bought several styles from Angeleye and they all fit well, they are true to size. Recently I experienced an issue with my parcel so I called their office and Zuzanna was so friendly and helpful. I received really great customer service. Will buy again. Love

Perfect!

Ordered a top wrong item sent!

Ordered a top wrong item sent!! Telephoned to inform them was informed the correct item would be sent the following day. Instead I got a refund as the top I had been looking for for a long time was now out of stock!! Poor customer service. Incorrect item is being returned
