Unfortunately have had to use animal friends for two conditions my dog now has. On both occasions they have dealt with the claim with no interaction from myself. When I have had to phone they have been very helpful.

Speedy assessment times.

I've always insured all my fur babies with Animal Friends. I don't like the new automated system to contact them as it's very difficult to navigate to get to an actual person to talk to. Whereas before a call handler picked up straight away. My claim was dealt with quickly after my cat had been shot in his head and had to have surgery. One other thing please ask your call handlers to stop saying "perfect", when your animal has been hurt the last word you want to hear is perfect! Nothing about a hurt fur baby is perfect.

I joined Animal Friends several years ago when I adopted my two previously feral cats. I have always been happy with Animal Friends. However as my cats get older the exclusions are increasing to the point where I need to ask myself whether having insurance with them is still worth while.
