I received a canvas without the information which color should be placed on which number or letter and they helped me kindly and with patience, even though I was a little confused.

I received a damaged canvas... they replaced it and shipped it out. I am very pleased with this company. Thank you very much..

What good service. I bought a large diamond painting but in the end I was short a lot of diamonds. I passed this on to the service and they ensured that everything will be resolved and that I received the necessary diamonds. great service.

I placed an order on April 7, 2024. I received 3 of the items, but not the 4th one. I have sent emails but got no reply. I have a tracking number, but when I enter it I got a message saying they don't have any information from the carrier. What else can I do to find out if I am even going to get it or not?

The products are amazing and excellent quality,they have such a wide range of products and tools to choose from its unreal plus the prices are unbelievably low not to mention the shipping prices and time to get here considering im in the UK is awsome. I would highly recommend this company to anyone,i will definatly be ordering again and many more times in the future.

Customer service is excellent! It took around 12 hours for a response because of time differences however, they were extremely helpful and were able to assist me.

They answer my emails and will always try to make things right for me. The quality and quantity of the drills is good. The canvases are nice and the symbols are clear. I love the beautiful bright colors and there are so many to choose from no matter what your taste is. The prices are very reasonable and my order arrives within the time frame they give you. I have ordered before and will continue to buy from them in the future.

I placed an order yesterday and through something I obviously did wrong, it went thru two times. Sent them a message as soon as I noticed asking to have 1 order cancelled and funds credited. I ordered the illuminated applicator. I ordered 3 and 2 are broken. They light up but the the tip is broken and are unusable.

I've just received my order today which is 40cms X 30cms. It has some creases but I think with the help of something heavy on it, I'll manage to work on it. Very friendly staff and quick to respond. Can't wait to start working on it... thx Annebuy 😉

This company is awesome, quick delivery and helpful with questions.

Bought a diamond painting 40x70. The canvas have deep creased on it. Sent e-mails to Annebuy showing the picture of very badly creased canvas. Annebuy gives me the runaround. They do not want to take responsibility for their badly creased canvas. Did what they suggested which is to put heavy books on the canvas. Did not work. Dishonest seller. Will stop buying from Annebuy. Marie

They give a really good service. Very happy with what I received.

I was very impressed with my purchase. Also customer service is great. I emailed them because I did not receive my package, it felt like it was a long time. They email me back immediatly and said it was on its way and lo and behold it was I received it the next day. I was so impressed that I placed another order with them. Their selection is awesome.
