I absolutely regret buying Annke doorbell…
I absolutely regret buying the heavy Annke doorbell M136. It is supposed to be a smart bell but it’s not.
It doesn’t even have the Basic Function of turning off the loud ringing noise outside that the actual unit makes! I just wanted the inside chime to Ring, not the whole unit waking up everybody on the street.
Please don’t make the mistake of buying a doorbell from Annkey their apps are completely backward and lacking proper function. I really, really regret buying this. Unfortunately, I have purchased a lot of of their products previously, directly and indirectly from them, and they always seem to be lacking something, like the CCTV cameras I bought - there is no cloud backup available, how ridiculous is that. The worst thing is, I can’t even get a refund on this doorbell now. I would be shocked if they actually contacting me.

Wireless NVR + 6 Cameras + Dual camera Dome
Found 6 camera nvr set on sale. Thousand cheaper then most others. Figured i would give it a go. Item didn't get sent at first but after an email they promptly sent the items and kept in contact the entire time.
One of the dome cameras was a bit tricky to setup (connecting to NVR) and instructions ain't that great but for the price a bit of messing around and it is great. Quality of the item feels just as average as most you would expect. Image quality is good/great for what I was expecting. 6 remaining cameras connected up automatically and was simple to setup.
App required works fine, not great it does what its supposed to do.
Would highly recommend to try these over the far more expensive ones. Price to quality is well worth it. Make sure you can troubleshoot stuff or you could find some setup parts tricky.

Good cameras for a reasonable price
Good cameras for a reasonable price. They have good build quality and good image quality. I had some shipping delay, but support was good. The reason for me to order from ANNKE instead of Amazon is the 2 year warranty instead of 1 year.

The time zone difference seemed like it would be an issue, but the Tech (Todd) was great. Clear instructions and the patience to work through the delays in the responses due to the time zones. Was able to get the previously owned device reset and onto my account!

Kyle in customer service was great! He explained the process in recovering my password on my DVR system very well. The process was easy to follow and worked the first time around. With his help I was able to access my system again and work on the camera settings. Thank you for the help!
