Fedora has no hesitation in giving Answer4U a 5 star rating.

From the very outset of getting them on board, the contract was clear and they guided me through the onboarding process to ensure my new company got the support it needed.

I never failed to get contacted by their professional team by phone, text and email (as I had asked) whenever a new prospective client was making tentative enquiries and I am in no doubt that my company managed to secure business that I would have otherwise lost, if i had been monitoring the calls personally. You just can't be available all the time and we all know that you need to clinch that work before they go elsewhere and a competitor gets the business.

The billing has been clear and suprisingly cheap for what is 365/24/7 cover.

Well done indeed.

Amazing service from Answer4U

Dallas Dean has been an absolute dream to work with. She is professional, detailed, meticulous and caring. In the run up to Christmas, she put the council first and made me feel 100% supported. She is an amazing advocate for Answer4U and has been a total dream to work with. Excellent Service

We have used Answer4U for years. We always found them to be professional. They would accommodate all our requests for bespoke reports, their agents were well trained and knowledgeable and we would not hesitate to use them again in the future if the need arose.

Be careful

You should be ready for surprises as soon as they will get your card details/direct debits set up. We paid 1st month subscription upfront. In the next 5 days they answered 1 (One) phone call and we have been informed that within the next 2 business days they will take a deposit (from our card) equivalent to 5-6 monthly subscriptions. Nice surprise. After upfront payment and 1 (One) answered call they sent an email with topics like: Why do we ask for deposits?; How do we Calculate Deposits?; When are deposits returned?; etc.
Tried to discuss this but was advised to use google and search for deposits. Cancelled the service. Hoping for a refund.

Receiving a 1-star review as a business is very disappointing but at the same time, we also view any negative comments as an opportunity to learn so we can offer an even better service in the future. However, we would like to take this opportunity to respond to the points you have made above.

Firstly, thank you for choosing us to help support your business, and again we apologise that our ways of working did not meet with your expectations or requirements. However, we would like to provide our balanced response to your review. It is correct that we answered 1 call over 5 days. Had more than one person called your business then we would have answered all those calls. 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

We did request a deposit yes. That is our policy on some new accounts. The main reason we took a deposit for your account was that your business was new, only being incorporated on 14 September 2021, also the registered address is a shared office space. These factors led us to request a deposit. The potential for a deposit request is communicated in our sign-up process and in our terms and conditions. The first call that you made to us about this you demanded to know where it was stated in our Terms and Conditions as you had reviewed them and it made no mention. We advised it was section 4.2 to which you responded along the lines of ‘I’m not sure how I missed that’

The value of the deposit we requested was based on your Experian Credit Score, your length of time trading and the volume of calls you advised us you were expecting. If a new account sends us hundreds of calls that can run up a significant balance on an account, like any business we need to perform our due diligence in these situations and protect our interests. By taking deposits in some circumstances, we are protecting the interests of our existing client base, and our business stability.

The reasons behind deposits were discussed with you extensively over the phone and we mailed you supporting information too. Your comment re: Google, you were advised to do some Google research in response to a heated and aggressive line of accusation that you took with our Accounts Team stating we had to be registered with the FCA (Financial Conduct Authority) to take a deposit and questioning our VAT charging. Our accounts team explained everything and as a last resort suggested you research the area as they could only keep explaining things the same way.

You did cancel yes, and we waived the cancellation period for you and we also offered and executed a refund of your set up costs. We did this and sent your refund before you posted this review so if you are still “hoping for a refund” can you check your bank, as it is there waiting for you. It is clear you feel we are not the service for you, but that is fine, and we wish you well with your new venture and hope that you can identify an answering service that meets your specific requirements

Our company used Answer4u to deliver out of hours customer call reception and processing for approximately 12 years.

The service provided was efficient and met our needs, in particular our allocated Client was very approachable and efficient and dealt with any minor problems as they arose.
