We have used AnyVan for all our big deliveries and they have always delivered the best service. Our account manager Mario is always happy to help and makes sure our jobs are completed promptly with all items handled with care. I highly recommend AnyVan to anyone!

Amazing service from the AnyVan business team!

We've been using AnyVan to collect and deliver high-end bikes on behalf of buyers and sellers for our marketplace business for a few months now. The service has been extremely slick. Deliveries are always on time, and customers are given tracking details that include a direct line to the driver—useful for finding out exactly when the bikes will arrive. We've never had any issues with the deliveries, such as damage or loss in transit, which is very rare for a courier company.

We switched to AnyVan after previously using standard couriers like DHL and APC after we had issues with bikes being stolen, damaged in transit, and not great customer service.

Also, our customer relationship manager, Vitor, has been extremely attentive, which has made the admin side of booking in deliveries a breeze.

Would recommend to anyone looking for a courier for business purposes.

Great service, great communication and quick delivery. We use Anyvan for Business as our preferred external courier option for customers. We have 10+ bookings a week with them and rarely have any issues. The team are great to work with, they always answer the phone or call back within 30 mins. Same team for a number of years so always a familiar voice and willing to help. Can't fault their service to date, if you are a business please be wary of other reviews on here as it appears some of them are for personal goods and not the business department.

No one ever came to pick up the stuff! We are left in the street with our boxes!

I booked Anyvan to deliver a sofa for me on a specified day for over £300. They then contacted me at 12pm (the collection slot was 10am - 12pm) on the day of the collection to say that the job hadn't been allocated so that they wouldn't be able to do the job, meaning that I lost £3000 on the sale of the sofa. They gave me no notice at all. They apparently don't take complaints and offered absolutely no compensation or anything of any use for completely letting down both myself and the buyer, and costing me a huge amount of money. Absolutely useless.

The experience with Anyvan was very simple and by booking the job with them I found all the details to see how the job was proceeding by mail and texting and tracking the job too
It was very professional removing I’m so happy with how the things went
and I’m sure if I need their services I will not hesitate to use them very satisfied with the service and experience

great service, collected my bike on time, and delivered early next morning, must have been a really early start for the driver, being able to track driver was really great, would have no hesitation using them next tome, excellant service , driver unloaded it with care , thanks

Excellent service. They delivered my furniture with care even though the access was difficult, all with a smile. The delivery men were very polite and courteous, very prompt, it really helped knowing the time my goods were going to arrive. I would give them more stars if I could, thoroughly recommend.

The team at trust pilot were incredible, saved the day for a move to Italy and went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. 5*
