I recently had an issue with an office chair I purchased from HOMCOM where the footrest bracket broke during normal use. I contacted their customer service team and from the very first response I was blown away by how professionally and efficiently everything was handled.

Hamza was the first to assist me and despite not being able to source a spare part, he immediately offered a full replacement as a resolution without any fuss or pushback whatsoever. He was clear, polite, and made the whole process feel completely stress free.

Irfan then took over and kept me updated every step of the way, proactively tracking my delivery and following up to make sure everything had arrived safely. The replacement chair was delivered quickly and in perfect condition.

What really stood out was how human and genuine the communication felt throughout. No scripted brush offs, no being passed from pillar to post, just two members of staff who genuinely cared about sorting the problem and making sure I was happy. In a world where customer service so often falls short, Hamza and Irfan set the bar incredibly high.

This is without doubt one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had from any company. HOMCOM have absolutely earned my loyalty as a customer and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Five stars is not enough.

very disappointed with ordering a portable AC unit, used a promotional code for discount on first purchase, I was waiting for the order to be processed and waiting for delivery after taking a week they just cancelled my order and refunded. there is no customer service that you can talk to, the website just refers you to AI assistant who takes your number and tells you that they will call you back but they never call you. this is frustrating if I knew they don't have it I would have ordered somewhere else rather than wasting my time, and now I have to survive the heatwave with no AC because this people charged me and hold my money and after a week without even telling me why they cancelled my order. I will never buy anything else from this website. really untrustworthy. waste of time and no customer care or service and no agents to talk to. disgusting.

Just love this little step ladder for the garden i can display 3-4 pots on it. I just needed to unscrew it a bit to open the shelving out then tighten it again. It's as it looks & not flimsy at all im made up with it.

Quality furniture delivered as specified. Had to put the sections in 3 packages together but the instructions were easy to follow.

Very poor quality product, cannot register guarantee as in the UK. Hose reel does not retract and already a part has fallen off. Very dissatisfied.

Items as described. Only negative would be the quality of the tool that came in the pack. The Allen key was worn and rounding out after a few screws. I have my own set of Allen keys, so was not an issue. However, someone who doesn't own a set would have to stop assembly and go purchase some.
