We viewed a house yesterday with Charlotte, and she was absolutely amazing throughout the whole experience. She was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and approachable, and took the time to answer all of our questions thoroughly. We never felt rushed and really appreciated all the advice and guidance she gave us during the viewing.

Charlotte made the experience feel relaxed and positive, and her professionalism and friendliness really stood out. Thank you again for all your help, it genuinely made a difference!

As a potential client of AP Morgan I felt quite let down by the attitude of the Stourbridge office. They also seem to get offended if you opt for another agent. They've also increased their fees in recent times. I reached out to them to make some further enquiries but felt almost reprimanded in doing so. Dissappointed as found him to be unapproachable with a defensive and lecturing tone.
Remember you're Not the only estate agents in Stourbridge!!

The house was smelly all windows were open a lot of unfinished repair work not completed , very damaged decking not safe to walk on just a very run down and over price property.

Helpful and constructive

The inception of the viewing process was good, and the stay was generally fine until the final days before and after leaving the property.

Unfortunately, the rent deposit claim process was not handled honestly by the landlord, supported by APMorgan, resulting in the full amount of our deposit not being returned. Part of the claim that we expected to have been returned was the claim for window cleaning related to damp issues caused by a permanently sealed window that prevented proper ventilation, yet this was still insisted upon as our responsibility. And the same concern literally affected the whole flat in the same building.

Another disappointing issue was the lack of transparency regarding parking charges. We were never informed about monthly parking fees until a friend visiting us received an illegal parking charge notice. Afterwards, I had to begin paying over £50 monthly just to park my own car in the same building where I rented, and visitors were not allowed to park.

Overall, this experience taught me to be more cautious when renting apartments in high-rise city buildings and to ensure all hidden costs and property conditions are clarified beforehand.

As a buyer, I got quick viewing dates following enquiries on Rightmove and Corinne was lovely, friendly and very helpful. I would definitely recommend AP Morgan.
