I'm a seller account owner and i had very bad experience with aramex they delivered my order to different locations and because of them i had to close my Trendyol account . Staffs also no idea they said to me customer returned the items when i contacted with customer they didn't even know somebody came for delivery no one contacted them now they losted my parcel
Aramex is AMAZING
I cannot thank Aramex enough for what they did for my family. Just before New Year’s Eve, it became clear that an urgent parcel containing warm clothes for my children might not arrive in time for our trip. What followed was nothing short of extraordinary.
The Aramex team went completely out of their way to make this delivery happen. They dedicated a vehicle exclusively for my shipment, coordinated everything personally, and ensured the parcel was delivered on time, despite the holiday period and the tight deadline. Because of their effort, my kids had the warm clothes they needed, and our trip was saved.
This level of commitment is rare. It was not “standard service”, it was genuine care and accountability.
I also want to highlight Mr. Moustapha, the CEO, whose leadership clearly reflects throughout the organization. It takes an exceptional leader to build a company culture where people are willing to go the extra mile for customers. His values are evident in the way Aramex operates.
Aramex did not just deliver a parcel, they delivered peace of mind, professionalism, and humanity. I will remain a loyal customer and recommend them without hesitation to anyone who values service that truly puts people first.

Successful interception and perfect reroute
One of my packages got mixed up in the USA by a CMRA and ended up in hands of Aramex en route to a customer in Saudi Arabia. Aramex Glattbrugg (CHE) helped me to contact their staff members in Saudi Arabia. Aramex Jeddah went out of their way to intercept this shipment, checked the content, and confirmed from the pictures of my content that indeed it is my package. They rerouted it to Switzerland. Aramex Geneva handled the import very efficiently, even managed to update the wrong customs value and final delivery has been done in Zurich by their partner DHL in Switzerland. After reading several reviews when this mix-up happened I did not expect this story to end positive for me. This was my first experience with Aramex and they did a wonderful job to solve it. Thank you Aramex Saudi Arabia (JED) and Switzerland (ZRH and GVA).

Why do I always run into problems when I use the Flex service?
Orders get delayed, sometimes lost, and delivery keeps getting pushed back. But when I use the regular service, I don’t have these problems.

This is the worst courier service in Sri Lanka. If the management changes, it might improve. Do not use this courier—they are extremely slow. It’s faster to deliver by walking yourself. Very bad service.

RAMEX UAE – Unacceptable Customer Support
ARAMEX has one of the worst customer support systems I have ever experienced. Their chatbot is completely useless, and reaching a human agent is practically impossible. When the automated system fails, you are left with zero support—no alternatives, no escalation, nothing.
I have been facing the same issues with ARAMEX for years, with absolutely no improvement. This clearly shows a serious lack of quality control, performance monitoring, and customer service standards.
Today (Friday, 02 January 2026) is just another example. I called ARAMEX and was automatically redirected to WhatsApp support at 1:38 PM. As of 2:32 PM, after nearly one hour, there was no response whatsoever.
What makes this even more frustrating is a long-standing issue: when you reject the automated WhatsApp response, the system claims that “one of our agents will contact you.” That never happens. This message is clearly misleading and gives false expectations to customers.
For a company of ARAMEX’s size and reputation, this level of customer support is completely unacceptable.

I wouldn't even give 1 star. 2 items ordered through Amazon and somehow the address was wrong. Despite a number of live chats where i was assured someone would contact me these were returned to Amazon and nobody contacted me
Cheating company
This company started off well in the UAE but has become greedy. Be wary of the weight of shipments. Weigh them before opening the item and take pics of weight because this company gives inaccurate info on weights in order to make more money.
Unacceptable Service
Aramex returned my international shipment to Germany without any delivery attempt. No “out for delivery,” no call, no email, no notification. Then they blamed “storage period exceeded,” which makes no sense without attempting delivery.
Customer support gave a copy-paste reply and took zero responsibility. Because of their failure, I lost 690 SAR.
Completely unreliable. Avoid Aramex for international shipments.

Annoying service
Terrible contact service, I ordered an item before three months, they wrote it it is entering Israel in the city I live. Waiting for the final delivery, but they wrote customer not reachable, they have my phone and my email but they didn't send any updates to me, I wrote them so many times more than 2 emails, the messages I received are all the same, please wait with patience, now I am seeing that they returned it again to the sender to America. Nothing to say about.

Aramex don’t have exact timing for delivery. They just keep you waiting from morning up to night then they will reschedule the delivery for next day. This happened to me many times. And no direct contact to check delivery timing. 🥸
Absolutely unacceptable service – Aramex South Africa has been a nightmare
This has been, without question, the worst delivery experience I have ever had.
I was initially informed that my package would arrive on 15 December. That date came and went with no delivery, no update, and no communication whatsoever. The only reason I found out about the so-called “delays” is because I had to repeatedly reach out to Aramex myself. Customers should not have to chase a delivery company just to find out where their own package is.
The customer service experience somehow made an already bad situation even worse.
Lethabo failed to properly assist me and abruptly ended the chat without providing any real resolution. Ending a support conversation while a customer is still waiting for answers is unprofessional and disrespectful.
Phindile outright lied to me about the delivery date. I was given false reassurance, only to be left waiting again. On top of that, the explanation I received was literally: “the are delivery delays we are sorry about that.” Grammatically incorrect, vague, and completely unhelpful.
And then there’s Ishara, who joined the chat and simply never bothered to assist at all. No response, no effort—just silence.
Trying to open a formal complaint is just as pointless. The moment you do, the agents conveniently disappear. It genuinely feels like Aramex’s strategy is to wait until customers give up.
Delays happen—I understand that. What is not acceptable is the complete lack of communication, accountability, and basic customer care. This company shows zero respect for people’s time, money, or trust.
If you value your sanity and actually want your package delivered, do not choose Aramex. You might wait indefinitely, be misled by customer service, and ultimately be ignored. This company desperately needs to fix its internal communication, staff training, and overall attitude toward customers.

The most terrible service ever
My passport was sent with them from the visa center. The address was mentioned wrong, so I gave them the right one. They assured that it will be delivered next day (I have a screenshot of communication with call center)
Instead of delivery they sent it back to sender, mentioning that receiver is not reachable.
Wouldn't ever recommend to use their services.
