Very bad service from start to finish.

A delivery was scheduled for today and the app clearly showed no payment due and no outstanding balance. The delivery address was correctly listed as my home address.

When the driver called to deliver, he unexpectedly demanded a cash payment to be made directly to him. There was no payment link, no card option, and no prior notification of any additional charge. This is completely unacceptable and highly unprofessional.

I was at work at the time, so paying cash was not possible. I asked the driver to return after 6pm, when I would be home. He agreed. However, he never returned. When I later called to follow up, I was told that deliveries are not made after 6pm, directly contradicting what the driver had agreed to.

This lack of transparency, inconsistent information, and demand for cash raises serious concerns and feels like a scam. I have lost time and trust due to this experience and would not recommend this service to others

I’ve been waiting for a parcel sent…

I’ve been waiting for a parcel sent from Queensland on the 6th of January, and as of the 22nd it still hasn’t arrived in Victoria. The tracking information is vague and provides no meaningful updates. I submitted an enquiry, but it appears to have gone nowhere — there’s been no response or even an acknowledgement that it was received. My confidence that I’ll ever see the goods I’m waiting for is diminishing by the day.

Poor delivery system

I am writing to complain about a poor delivery experience. Although your colleague called in advance to ask about the delivery time, the delivery person then called and said they would arrive within three minutes. I was in a meeting at that time and requested the delivery person to wait for ten minutes so I could reach the location, but they left before I arrived. This caused unnecessary inconvenience and reflects poor coordination and customer service. This is the worst delivery experience I have had with any delivery company, and I request that this issue be reviewed and addressed to avoid such problems in the future.

Aramex Qatar is a disaster, misleading updates and zero support

Aramex Qatar is one of the worst delivery services I’ve dealt with. Their tracking is misleading and feels completely unreliable. I keep getting notifications that “delivery was attempted and failed,” but nobody ever called or messaged me. No driver contact, no SMS, nothing. Yet the status keeps showing “out for delivery” for days and even gives false promises like “delivered by 10 AM” and then nothing happens.

Customer service is basically non-existent. You cannot reach a real person when there’s an issue. They push you into a useless bot with prefixed answers that don’t solve anything. As a customer, you’re left stuck with no resolution, no accountability, and no clear timeline.

This isn’t a premium courier service, it’s pure frustration. If you value your time and want reliable delivery, avoid Aramex in Qatar.

I got a message on the 7th of Jan 26' that Aramex ran out of time to diliver my parcel so it will be delivered the following day the 8th.On the 8th I received a phone call from one of your drivers saying I must meet him at Samora to get my parcel ,I told him that my adress is Phillipi my work place so he must come to Phillipi.He told me he delivers at Mitchell's Plain he is not gonna lose his job because of me.He shouted at me and dropped the phone after I asked him what should I do now to get my parcel.He was very rude and uncaring.I phoned Aramex and I was promised to get my parcel on friday and friday it was quiet I did not receive my parcel.I called Aramex again on monday the 12th and a lady called Tamara said she is gonna check where my parcel is because to her it appears as "out for delivery"She promised that I am gonna get it on wednesday which did not happen whereas an sms was sent that my parcel was out for delivery ,that I will received it on that wednesday 14th.I only received my parcel on Friday the 16th .I had a very very bad experience with Aramex!I'm hurt because I needed my parcel for saturday the 8th but could not because of negligence and no customer care!!!

Delays Shipment Without Failure

Aramex will delay your shipment without fail. I was expecting two shipments, one was suppose to arrive on the 15th and one on the 16th. The first one got delayed from the 15th to 16th and the second got delayed from the 16th to the 15th. And keep in mind they ask you to confirm the time you would like to receive the shipment, so you sit at home waiting and get a text 30 minutes before the delivery deadline telling you that your shipment will be delayed to the next day.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service provided by this courier company. I sent a parcel in December last year, and to date it has still not been delivered. Every time I follow up, I am told to wait for feedback, yet no one ever gets back to me. When I follow up again the next day, the same response is given.

I was issued with a case number, but when I call and provide it, some consultants simply disconnect the call. This level of service is unacceptable and unprofessional. I genuinely regret using this courier company.

The biggest scammers I have ever seen.

They try to put imaginary fees and charges on your package whenever they can and the fees are absurdly high.

I had a phone case get shipped and the price of the "import fees" was almost the same as the case itself!

This is actually insane and goes against EU consumer protection laws and should get investigated.

Especially since this company is from the UAE.

I am not sure how this service is legal, probably owned by someone influential, cause they just take the money but do not come to pick up your parcel. You basically just donate money to Aramex. Better to not have expectations for them to come and do the service you actually paid for, cause is donation. 😂 for me is almost a week of waiting.

Totally worst customer service. Repeatedly my urgent deliveries are not delivered even after scheduled date and time. one of my urgent order has to be delivered today. the order no is 50746106740. i couldnt contact the delivery person, nor contact the customer service. No delivery person contacted me in call but in whatsapp chat bot it shows like delivery person contacted me at 8am. are you making false records in customer name? whatsapp chat bot is worst as we cannot connect representative in chat bot also, sent mail today to deliver immediately but getting reply that they will contact in 24 hours. what is the use of that? if i need my order to be delivered today? last week, my bank card delivered 3 days late and the delivery person said system not updated. he is trying to submit my emirates id and saying his software in tab is error. what kind of service you are providing like this? i need my order at the earliest withiut any further reason.
