One of the poorest customer services I have ever had
Got a Seiko watch as a present 18 months ago. It has performed poorly and I have had to bring it in for repairs twice and paid for it out of my own pocket. Arberg Time did not want to provide any kind of reimbursement because the watch was bought at Amazon, even though they offer service for Seiko watches in Denmark. I had to send them multiple emails and call them multiple times to get any kind of reply.
Do not buy any products from Arberg Time.
