Got offered a knock down price from 60 to 40, saying the back of the phone was loose. Completely fabricated bullshit I checked it before I sent it, no option to challenge it was just accept the 40 or take it back.

Absolutely awful.

Sent my package with my iPhone 15 inside on Monday then got an email by Thursday saying they received it and would process it by the end of the day.

Fast forward to Monday and I still hadn’t heard anything to had to call up and in all fairness the woman was great and I soon got a reply.

Only for the reply to say my package arrived empty and it was just the bag I sent it in.

Seems quite suspicious after the 4 day wait from when they had told me it had been received.

The service was effective with no delays.

Great experience with Argos trade in mobile phone. They send you an envelope addressed, you pop the mobile in and post.within a few days they contact to let you know it received, then a few days later the money is in you bank. So Easy five star service

Completed online trade in form. Return packaging received within 2 days. Sent phone of on Friday. Notified that phone received on Tuesday. Trade in paid on Wednesday. Very efficient. Paid what had been initially promised.

Very straight forward! Received the postage kit a day after my request, delivered promptly and was kept informed throughout. Very prompt payment too. Highly recommended service!

Not the best price offered but hassle free and if you opt for vouchers they are e sent very quickly.

A fair price quoted. The packaging arrived in a day or so.My only negatives are that Argos delayed my new phone for about 4 days to collect it. Not trade in’s fault but I only just made the deadline date for sending in the old phone. The other negative is that Royal Mail Special Delivery is now £10 not the £7.50 stated by Trade In. That being said I would still use Trade In again in the future if I needed to.

The whole process from end to end (receiving the packing instructions to being paid) was so easy that if I had another phone I would do it again.
I will definitely use the service again !

First time I have used Argos for trading in my old iPhone! Very easy to do and got the return parcel quickly, so could send my iPhone with prepaid post and packaging to put it in. Once sent, I got a notification that I’d sent it and follow up details when they’d received it and how long it would be to examine it, which was the next day. I got the full amount they had said I’d get and was put into my account the same day. Very pleased and would use again.

Send in device using Royal Mail Next Day by 1pm. Device received, checked, and money paid into my bank account the following afternoon. Top job!
