The bracelet is clearly shown in store and on the website as having a box. My bracelet was delivered in a small plastic bag!! It was a birthday present for my wife and I had to find a box to suit. The website says "Small Item Delivery £4.95, free over £100". I was charge £6.95!! All very disappointed

Lot of running around!
Wanted to buy two items but said there was only one in stock. Tried ordering for delivery but again only one available. Tried several shops all said only one in stock! Finished up ordering it twice from different shops and collecting! Still don't understand how there could be only one available for delivery as surely they come from a warehouse. Great price on the item though so made up for all the driving around, but not good for the environment!
